This store had a better selection of glasses than most. I dealt exclusively with Eric who was excellent. We went over my options and he explained the details and differences of my insurance coverage and actually saved me money. He went over and above and picked up my glasses from the lab while I waited in the store because there were some delay issues. He was Awesome. Side note, I added the bling around my lens.

Easy appointment! The staff were friendly and respectful. Doctor Youssef is amazing and thorough. The eye examination was quick and easy. She's also easy on the eyes, lol . Very personable and made the appointment an amazing experience. Go get your eyes checked by this wonderful lady. Highly recommended!!!

Love her. Have never had any issue with her or her staff. If I could clone myself and double my appointments, I would. It's always an enjoyable experience.

If there is Zero Star that is what I will give this place! Went to their galleria location only because I booked through lens crafters link and I didn't know that they changed their optometrists in that location. First of all my experience during my visit was horrible because of the way they process my files right from the start. The staff kept calling somebody to help them order my contacts and process my insurance. Then I asked for my contact lenses to be delivered, waiting over a month no contacts! I kept calling the phone and left voicemails but no return call. Finally decided to go personally only to find out that clinic is closing, got a different contact number from lens crafters personel. I was asked to pick up the contact lens at the summerlin location because apparently it was placed for pick up! I went same day but to find out that they ordered monthly lenses! I cannot use monthly I use dailies! I asked for refund and almost 2 weeks later NOTHING! Called and they keep giving me excuses that they have to process it at the galleria location which again is already CLOSED. Now they are saying only the doctor can process the refund. WHAT IS IT REALLY????

I have been coming to Dr Amel for a couple of years now. She is very sweet and have a decent experience until recently. I had an exam a few months the ago and decided to order contacts via 1800 contacts but they had a very hard time with the prescription so I decided to just order through Dr Amels office. I was toldnit would be a few weeks to receive. I ended up calling g after a month and was told one of my lenses was back ordered. I said ok I understand. About a week or two later I received a voice-mail stating my contacts would be ready for pick up on Monday. Went in o. MKNDAY AND WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT BE FOUND!. I was told the optician was off and they had no idea where they were. I asked if they could call them and they said they did.. I was given a pair of contacts that do not seem like my prescription and told I would be contacted asap and that everyone in the off ice was aware of the situation. I waited a full week and called them for a refund. I was told I needed to speak worst he doctor and given another locations number. I called them and was told that the original location should have just given me the refund. I called the original office again and was told that the doctor has to do the refund and she would not be I.u til RlThursday. Today is Thursday and still no communicationfrom.them. I called my credit card company to dispute. Horriblee, horrible, horrible service and the staff has a . Serios attitude. Will never go back again! All I wanted was to see and not get the run around for a pair of contacts that I prepaid for a mo th I. Advance!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this company. My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled without my knowledge. I live in another town and drove over 200 miles for my appointment. I had to set up a ride to take me , drive me home and take care of me for the night while I recovered. Once I got to Vegas, I couldn't contact the Dr. I called and left several messages for her to please return calls. It took her to the end of the second day, after 5 pm to call me back. I was told she was with patients. I'm a patient whose paid in advance and I'm not a priority to her? After repeated calls. So long story short, this company has potential, but because they are trying to work two offices, patients are falling thru the cracks. I could not even get the phone number where my eye surgery was supposed to be done, I had to be transferred by the summerlin office. I asked but it couldn't be done. I will say I was refunded all my money I paid them, but I still traveled a long distance, paid for gas and food. Lucky I have family so no lodging. But my time from home, time driving, gas puting people out to help and being TOTALLY EXCITED ABOUT GETTING LASIK SO I CAN SEE. I'd say they aren't ready for making commitments they can't keep.

This Dr has got to be a scam from the non existent website to the location on flamingo that is not an office to her virtual eye exam. I took my 18yr son in law and the horrible staff tried to bamboozle and sell, upsell, juice him and straight lie to the boy. There is no possible way they are legitimate

I had no problems scheduling or getting my contact lens exam. However, I am leaving this review because the service since my exam has been very sub par. I wasn't given a prescription as I was leaving which is not a big deal. I called and was emailed a script. When I went to order contacts I was told my script was for glasses. I have since then called maybe 4-6 times and even spoken to the staff who told me they're emailing me a contact script but I have not gotten one. My messages have not been responded to. The doc was nice enough but the operation is not run well based on my experience.
