Been their patient for about 5+ years. Always a smooth visit. This year, the eye doctor that seen us built rapport and really listen to our concerns and questions. And also, the tech that helped us, I personally felt instant comfort, and she was so friendly.. Great job!!

The doctors and staff are plenty nice but I waited more than an hour past my appointment before I was even seen. When I asked the front staff if this was typical they said yes it was. Then proceeded to direct me to shop for frames. What was the point of even making an appointment if I have to wait for over an hour for it. I don't think I will be back even though the staff was friendly and the office is conveniently located.

Had a visit yesterday and it went smoothly. The Eye doctor was very professional and took their time explaining in detail any concerns I had after expressing worry about genetic eye problems. I was very very pleased. Even before the exam the diagnostic testing that had to be done was quick and I felt the equipment was clean. The exam rooms were nice and clean. After the exam taken over to the other side of office to pick out glasses. My goodness this is where I met Jessica. She was amazing in explaining my benefits to me in a way that I could understand. Gave me more than enough space to take my time and pick out what I needed. I did not feel rushed or like I did not matter as a customer. Definitely will be back! Thanks for the awesome service guys :)

Recommended by my son. My wife and I was very happy with the cordial reception and the efficient staff. Dr. Scott was very patient and friendly. We had enough time to chat and get to know each other. Dr. Knisley also stopped in to review a few things with us. Dr. Knisley was also very personable and we got to know each other as well. This made me feel like I was family, not just a patient. We look forward to becoming a regular customers, even if we are 12 miles away from the office. The trip is worth the great service.

It's been an hour past my kids appointment time and still waiting. I'd walk out but I'm sure I won't get my money back. My time is valuable too.

i've been going here for years and it's always so effortless. this recent trip Lulu went above and beyond for me, as i'm curious about trying out contact lenses for the first time. She went over every single part, what insurance covers and what it doesn't. People like her are why i keep returning here every year!

Absolutely amazing! It did take some time to get into the room but I couldn't be happier. The doctor was very nice, fast and efficient. The best eye doctor I have seen in 25 years. Also I was able to make a next day appointment which is fantastic for procrastination.
