Dr Julie chang is very rude and very short with her clients. The "full" eye exam literally was done in 10 mins and I have cataract in my right eye and I was told by Dr Chang that it's not there. Thumbs down!!!

Dr. Chang is a wonderful OB, I did not have my prescription with me or my Nevada HP card with me, when I want to her office at Walmart. She looked me up, gave me a free eye exam and did a good job. I am a Navy vet and I have high standards, I do not normally give out five stars but she deserves it. From now on I am only going to her, she is very patient and kind, the lady at the front desk is also pleasant and helpful. I have not been to her other office but I am sure it is as efficient.

I tried making an appointment for me and husband and lady on the phone was so rude and of no help. She asked what insurance I had and I answered I wasn't sure, just as I was getting my card out of my wallet to let her know and she said, "Well, I don't know how I can help you!"
I know it's best to have your info ready but a little courtesy goes a looooooong way. She didn't seem to have any patience and I just decided to take my business somewhere else. Guess they don't need the business.

Staff who works here HAS NO CLUE! Had script from other Dr that was CURRENT (1 MO OLD). Advised I needed ONLY Contact xam/script. Said it was fine. Went to appt while STILL WAITING 30 Min past appt time was told could NOT use script would have to pay/have full exam again! OF COURSE neither remembered speaking to me to book appt!!
