Dr. Lawrence Wang, Optometrist

Dr Wang is the best eye doctor I have ever had in any city. He is tireless about finding the right fit and his office staff is wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Wang - I wish all the other doctors and doctor's offices in Las Vegas would learn from Dr. Wang about customer service and patient care! This is the way medicine is supposed to be!

I found it difficult to find a pair of frames considering they were all locked up behind glass. It made me very impatient having to pick out glasses one by one through the glass and being followed around the entire time I choose to see a pair of frames. Another Con was having to wait almost 45 minutes to be seen pasted my appointment time. It was very inconvenient. And the staff doesn't initiate the best customer service, I felt rushed and had to ask a million questions so that I could understand what the next step was before I left. I had picked out a pair of frames yesterday and I came in the next day and the frames weren't held for me so I decided to just go with contacts because I wasn't willing to be followed around all over again and ask to see a pair of frames through the glass all over again. Extremely inconvenient for me but I'm glad I received my eye exam prescription so I can just relocate to another location.

Dr Wang is a very caring and compassionate physician. When I went to him, he immediately discovered I needed a retina specialist and he got me into one right away. His office staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, just as the good doctor is! I highly recommend Dr. Wang!

They are unorganized and I've had several billing errors. I told Dr. Wang that my insurance was charged multiple times for services or contacts I did not get in office and his answer was "find another place". Instead of him being concerned with the issue at his office his solution was "find another place". Disappointed in the customer service and professionalism.

Very disorganized and unprofessional. Waited far too long for glasses, called and got told that they had been in for a while. Also I paid in advance, but they say I now have a $64 balance for who knows what. Maybe I'll update when I go in and can actually see what it's for (I got too tired of being put on hold for inordinate time for simple questions).
