They don't have it together here. Made an appointment at 11:15, it was 11:45 before asked when we were going to be seen. She was rude and confusing but ended up saying it would be another 20-30 minutes. I'm sorry but this day and age I'm not spending my whole Saturday at an optometrist - made an appointment for 11:15, see us by 11:20. NOT 12 noon. I'll go somewhere else. Good luck Dr. Cutunilli
