This is honestly the best optical center I've been to. Every single staff member was attentive, helpful and respectful. The flow of services was smooth and I was seen right away/without delays (actually BEFORE my scheduled time because I arrived a little early). The optometrist took out time to answer my questions and address all of my concerns without making me feel hurried. The prices were also reasonable for any budget. I was really impressed with their level of professionalism and will definitely recommend this facility.

Excellent customer service provided by Optometrist Dr. Duran and Optician Yaw. I was in and out in a very timely manner on my 1 day off. Dr. Duran made sure my prescription was perfect as my eyes changed since last year. He also explained everything thoroughly so I understood all steps. My optician Yaw checked on my new glasses being made while still tending to other guests. It was my first visit here at this location and I am very impressed with the staff here. I appreciate great customer service as I must provide the same treatment for my customers 6 days a week. Definitely coming back here for my annual visits.

The staff at this location is great. Quick process too. The only negative is I wish i was given the heads up that it's gonna bu up top 2 weeks grin my daughter's glasses to come in. I got mine at a different location and it only took a couple days. Just feel like they should tell you these things up front.

Very happy with the staff at this office. The doctor will spend time going over results of the eye exam, he is very informative. The assistants were very accommodating and keep a friendly environment. This office is a great choice.

I was seen on time for my appointment. Dr. Duran was great! He answered all of my questions and explained the cause of my symptoms. I hadn't seen an eye doctor in more than 4 years because my previous doctor closed his practice. I will now go for yearly checkups.

I will forever go to Pearle Vision on N Rainbow! The front desk staff were all friendly and knowledgeable .. Norma the 1st girl that checked my eye pressure was very nice and knew her job. My eye Doctor very pleasant and thoroughly examed my eyes as well as asked questions and also listened to my answers. Dolce helped me pick out my frames and had my prescription and glasses ready in 20 minutes she's an amazing person and a sweet spirit.
