I think almost every pair of glasses I've owned has come from this office going forward they will have none of mine or my family's business. I made an appointment back in October to be called 2 days before my appointment that it hadn't been a year since my previous eye exam which they failed to notice the second insurance that would have taken care of the exam and made no offer to reschedule. I scheduled my dad an appointment in January for may it was emailed with no explanation as to why it was canceled. Than my Dad goes to make a new appointment with Costco only to be told this office was still holding his insurances eye co pay despite canceling the appointment so my wife than had to call his insurance who had to call this office and get it released so he could make the appointment with Costco so you can say good bye to my family's business and us referring anyone there.

This place is amazing!!! I hadn't been to an eye doctor in over 10 years they weren't annoyed with it at all they were super nice super patient. I had appointments for myself, husband and my son we all went in with no glasses and came out with glasses. We went in on a Friday, our appointments finish just at six when they usually close and we were told our glasses would be ready the next day. Well they decided to get them done that day even though it was after hours. They are great!!

Excellent Customer Service- As soon as I walked in they greeted me and made me feel welcome. Julio and his colleagues provided me with detail information on what my plan would cover. Showed me several samples of styles which I liked and did not attempt to force me into a pair glasses I was not interested in. Great Job!!!! I look forward to picking up my glasses when they are complete.
