Drs. Kopolow & Girisgen (St. Rose)

Super glad we tried a new Eye place to go to. Our last optometrist has just been ok and super small selection of glasses and terrible parking. So after 7 years, we decided to make a leap and try out Lens Crafters. Their staff and eye Doctor were super friendly and helpful. We were in an out in under an hour. We got there 10 minutes prior to our 4:30pm appointment, and checked in super quickly and then shopped for glasses while we were waiting to be called back and found 5 we loved and were able to narrow it down to the perfect match. But since we chose our glasses before being seen, by the doctor, all the glasses were ready to go over with the patient coordinator who also very friendly and was very helpful in our decision. (Which I would say we waited less than 10 minutes. ) But again their selection of glasses are so great it was easy to pick out 5 so quickly. lol. We look forward to going back next year for another eye exam. And when I say "WE" it was only an appointment for my husband, but I was there for his moral support. lol !!

The staff was very pleasant and provided great customer service. The doctor was very thorough and kind and made sure that I clearly understood everything regarding the health of my eyes. I appreciate that greatly.

Front Desk personnel were very efficient and knowledgeable. Dr Hao was extremely professional and got my contacts fitting done the same day. This facility does not pressure you to do anything else which was nice.

Joe was so professional and patient and very thorough with me and my family. Such a great experience with Joe. Definitely going to keep coming to this location until he leaves. Thank you Joe for your awesome customer service!!!

Dr. Wang and his staff were quick, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable. The Lens Crafters team were amazing, and so helpful! I was so happy with my visit, I made an appt. for my husband for that Saturday. Again, we were not disappointed! This is our new eye care place!

I highly recommend Kopolow & Girisgen eye doctors. I created an appointment and got in within a few days of the booking. Also, they send you the patient forms to fill out digitally that you can pre-fill days before your appointment so when you arrive you can go straight to the exam. I was in and out within 25 minutes. Also recommend the digital dilation they offer its an additional $29 but saves you hours of painful blurriness for the remainder of the day. Got to love new technology. Don't second guess it, they accept most major insurances and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Go to them without a second guess

Both the techs and the optometrist are awesome. Genuinely so sweet and helpful, one of the first times I've been to an optometrist without feeling like they were just hoping I'd drop a ton of money. The new imaging option that helps you avoid needing your eyes to be dilated is only $35! I hate dealing with dilated eyes so it's definitely worth it and over so fast. I definitely felt welcome, never felt rushed, and felt actually cared for. The fact that they take walk-ins is even better. I walked in at 10 and was seen by 11:15 on the weekend! The optometrist actually talks to you and explains any test results and walks you through next steps. I've been to some horrific optometrists here in Henderson, and I'm so glad my search can end here!
