I was very satisfied with my first visit. I can with Rd in hand and needed to order glasses. The young lady who gifts me and processed my ride was efficient t, organizdd, knowledgeable and also helped her other team members while politely fair g about me. The other staff members were also friendly and effcient. It was a pleasure and I left happy about my order.

The Dr is great and most of the staff is friendly but there is 1 i know of who always goes the extra mile when i come there, her name is Shayna. I really appreciate this optometrist. They are a bit slow but they handle business.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. The doctor is very friendly and beautiful. The office is clean and organized. Only recommendation is if someone doesn't want to upgrade after the 2nd ask, not to ask anymore. But other than that I was still very pleased and will make this my go to place! Thanks for helping me pass my medical evaluation for a future job!

By far, the best experience I've every had with an eye doctor, or any doctor for that matter. The doctors and every single staff member were patient, attentive and kind. They took their time with me and kept asking, "Is there anything else we can do for you?" On the way out, one staff member even held the door open for me. They told me my new glasses would be ready in a week. However, they were ready in only a couple of days. I absolutely recommend Drs. Kopolow & Girisgen to everyone. They are my eye doctors for life!
