Eleven Optometry

5 Stars I had a great experience with Eleven optometry! They were professional, quick, and reasonably priced. I needed a custom glass panel for my shower, and they delivered exactly what I was looking for. The installation was smooth, and the quality of the glass is excellent. Highly recommend them for anyone needing glass repair or custom work!

Recently I visited Eleven and am so glad I found them! Scheduling was easy and the staff is very professional and helpful. The clinic is clean with bops & lots of eclectic and even more everyday eyewear options. My eye exam was very thorough (or maybe it's been too long) and the Doctor was super patient & informative with my questions and allaying my concerns. I got my lil prescription & am waiting but regardless happy I found this spot. I definitely recommend calling for an appointment if you're in the area, looking for glasses or needing an eye exam!

If you come here don't ask for help from the Asian lady. If it wasn't for the manager who's awesome, I'd be giving -10 stars. Asian lady seems reluctant to help, has an impatient attitude, and just wants to get off work, very bad. All interactions had been positive herr until I talked to her, and I just wanted to get out Edit: I went back and everything was good, thanks!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Eleven optometry and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The store itself had a great selection of frames, including some unique and stylish options that I had never seen before. I'm very picky but I ended up finding the perfect pair of glasses that fit my face and my personality perfectly. Dr. Park was my optometrist and he was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and really took the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I had. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain things to me in a way that was easy to understand, and I left feeling confident that I had received the best possible care. In addition to my own glasses, I also picked up a pair of sunglasses for my wife, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that she was happy with her selection. They really took the time to understand her preferences and make recommendations based on her face shape and style. Overall, I can't recommend this eyewear store enough. The staff is amazing, the selection is fantastic, and the care and attention to detail that Dr. Park provided was top-notch. If you're in the market for new glasses or sunglasses, this is the place to go!

Great service. They fixed my glasses at no cost, while I was waiting, it only took 2 minutes. Where else do you get this service today? Highly competent and kind.

The customer service here is HORRIBLE. Their receptionists give wrong infos, I come in person and they're never sure of their prices. Really disappointed because their glasses are cute but they are super overpriced. When I first got my eye exam, they forgot to send me my prescription. Every time I call, my name never comes up because they put the wrong birthdate, etc. They charge for every little thing. I will not come back.

I had an eye exam and ordered a pair of glasses after covering my copay. I was told it would take 7 to 10 work days when they would arrive. After over 4 months and multiple visits to Eleven Eye Care the glasses did not arrive. On two occasions I was told the frames had been broken at the lab. I contacted my insurance company and they granted me a benefits restoration to use elsewhere. This did not include an eye exam, but the prescription from Eleven could only be used for lenses and frame. I objected since I didn't trust the prescriptions accuracy. As a result the glasses I finally purchased from the Walmart Vision Center were not acceptable. I can't use them for reading or my PC (I have to use my old glasses) They are only good for watching TV and general use. For distances they are slightly more effective than the old glasses. I'm reminded on a daily basis, To say I am dissatisfied is an gross understatement.

I came in to inquire about replacing a nose pad on my eyeglasses. The service was immediately tendered and my glasses were repaired better than new. When I asked for the bill, the owner deferred the request. I'm writing to extoll Eleven Optometry. It is an excellent community resource. Las Vegas is fortunate to be served by Eleven Optometry.
