The office atmosphere is beautiful--the lighting is thoughtfully designed and easy on sensitive eyes, which made the visit comfortable from the moment I walked in. The staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful, adding to a seamless overall experience. Dr. Gutierrez was incredibly caring and professional. She listened carefully to my concerns, explained things clearly, and provided targeted recommendations. I appreciated that she promptly gave me a thoughtful referral to an optometrist. I've have gone to Elite Eyecare for years ! They have always been so awesome and kind from reception to the techs. Dr Gutierrez is an amazing doctor and is so caring and kind . A shout out to Jocelyn who helped me with my frames and lenses by working with my insurance to make sure I get the glasses I need. Plus she is an absolute wonderful person . The customer experience within the practice is the best !

Everyone was phenomenal: the front desk ladies, the technician, the doctor, and the lens specialist. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and proficient at their jobs. My doctor was very thorough and attentive. I've never had such a nice experience in a vision clinic before!
