I cannot recommend Manuel highly enough. Our experience with him was nothing short of perfect. From the very beginning, Manuel helped us choose our frames and lenses with incredible patience, respect, and thorough knowledge. He took the time to explain every detail, ensuring we understood all our options without any pressure. What truly set him apart was his kindness and care for my mother. He kindly explained everything to her in Spanish, patiently answering all her questions. He made her feel comfortable, respected, and valued throughout the entire process. Manuel has a special gift. He treats customers as if they are family. He trusted our instincts and guided us with genuine warmth and expertise. It felt less like a transaction and more like getting help from a knowledgeable and caring friend. We would give him 10 out of 5 stars if we could! We went in because the place that i usually go to charges way too much. As soon as we walked in we were politely greeted and felt welcome we told them our situation and they were able to give us a good deal for two glasses and they told us it will take one day to a week depending on how strong the prescription is and they took one day while the other place would take months for one pair. The employees were very nice and kind 100% would recommend this place.

I was especially impressed with Manuel, the optometrist who helped me select and customize a pair of sunglasses. He carefully explained all the options and didn't push me to pay for unnecessary upgrades that didn't suit my needs. I'm addition, he found the best configuration to work with my vision insurance to get the best price.

Sadie was very sweet and filled my new prescription in just under 2 hours. They are very reasonably priced so I ended up filling both my eyeglasses and sunglasses at the same time with the discount. Will be back for any future exams or lenses.

Manuel and Wendy both helped us out today and they made a stressful event into an easy experience. Broken glasses are never fun, but when you need a replacement as soon as possible, it helps to have someone calm and friendly. Manuel explained the promotions to us and made sure we were prepared for any costs, without sticker shock. Wendy was the last person we spoke to at the end of a long, tiring day, and her friendly attitude and customer service made it a quick and pleasant experience. Five stars, will visit again!

Been with eyeglass world specifically this location and have always experienced nothing but kindness and amazing help. Came in the other day and purchased some glasses and was helped by Manuel. He was EXTREMELY helpful! There are not much people who will explain to you why you need certain things for your eyes and he explained everything so well. It's always awesome to encounter people who aren't just trying to sell you stuff but rather genuinely inform and help you!
