I had a great experience with Eyeglass World today! I was helped by Loveleef who was very professional and friendly. She was able to help me with a prescription fix for my glasses. I was super nervous about needing my new glasses fixed because my new RX was a bit off. She made me feel super comfortable and assured me that everything is okay and they can update them with the revised RX. Thank you so much! I really appreciate all the help :)

Great experience from start to finish! Erica was friendly and very helpful as was Patty when asking for an opinion! When picking up Alex and Emanuel greeted me and thanked me for choosing Eye Glass World! Will definitely be back, I enjoyed the experience and great customer service!

I have been using America's Best glasses for years - sister company to Eyeglass World. The last time I visited Eyeglass world I was serviced by one of the managers and felt a little bit pressured to upgrade my glasses so I didn't - And I got regular reading glasses. My ten month old, accidentally dropped my glasses and got a scratch on the glass. I went to visit Eyeglass world on Decatur to get my glasses repaired and was serviced by Alex (one of the managers) WOW!!! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!! Alex was extremely helpful, Very supportive, super knowledgeable, very calm not "salescy" and instead of trying to upgrade me he provided suggestions and made me feel very comfortable. At the end of this exchange I ended up upgrading to the TOP OF THE LINE PROGRESSIVE GLASSES available! Thank you, Alex for an amazing experience and for your sincere, easy-going and calm demeanor and for your willingness to give what the customer wants instead of what a Sales rep may need!! If I could give you 100 stars on this review, I would!! I recommend you all visit Alex at Eyeglass World on Decatur!!!

Came in today for eyeglass repair! Emanuel was incredible, he was able to repair 1 pair and to adjust my other 2 pairs within half an hour! Thank you so much! I'll be back again!

i have been going here for years i go into the optometrist inside here and take my prescription with my own frames and let eyeglass world switch out my lenses. i have never had a problem up until today. I believe her name was stacy. she was completely unprofessional and made any excuse to not accept my frames. This time i had brought in my disabled moms frames to get her some new glasses and without even looking at the frames she said she wouldn't be able to accept them. she then told me to go to the sahara location tomorrow and that her manager might be able to help me instead. she insisted i didn't tell anyone that she sent me there. i am definitely not happy with the service here. side note, after i left i went to AT&T next door and have been waiting in my car for a while. She sits there on her phone. Seems like she didn't want to work today.

I had a memorable moment here at the decatur location today. I was greeted upon entry with a warm smile and sincere hello. As I entered in....I was seated and promptly assisted. I explained my dilemma. And right away my problem was being taking care of. I walked in needing my (frame) repaired. Very calmly... calls to various locations and stores both local and abroad were made. The professionalism. The attentiveness. The concern. The feeling of being top priority when you entered and leave this establishment is phenomenal. The staff here are very good at what they do there. I was proud to be a customer and to enter such a establishment. Kudos to the entire team here at the decatur location in Las Vegas, Nevada. Let's put them on the map. The arm on my glasses came off, so I took them in to the Decatur office to repair. The man that helped me didn't seem like he wanted to be there or bothered. He took glasses to the back to repair, in the meantime I started order for two new pair to replace a lost pair. When he finally finished the repair he placed the glasses in the case and I was on my way. The next morning I went to put the glasses on only to find he replaced the arm with a gold wire frame arm, NOT the brown tortise shell one I took in! I went in to have it corrected and was told he threw it in the trash, since it was brokend and couldn't be reattached, so he used a spare one he found! At no time did he advise me of that and to make matters worst it didn't fit my face and the glssses won't stay on properly! Needless to say I left with a pair of one armed glasses that won't stay on! If I could I would cancel my order and never return! Whenever we've gone to this location the staff are very pleasant, however Emanuel leaves much to be desired and I will have to really think about going to this location because of him!

Emmanuel was so kind and helpful when I came in to repair my glasses. We had attempted a kit that we had at home and it would not work for a very expensive pair of frames. I have came into the store and manual fixed them in about five minutes, I really appreciate the excellent service!
