Eyeglass World

This is the most prejudiced place I have ever visited. I really want to take my 1 star back and make it negative five stars. My husband and I both tried to make an appointment over the phone. I called first and was told the system was down, so they took my number and said they would call me back. My husband called later and was told the same thing, but he actually received a callback. I am still waiting on mine. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to the location anyway. When I walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgment--staff were either looking at a monitor screen or their cell phones. My husband walked in behind me after parking the car, and he was immediately greeted with several hellos. At that point, I was done. We looked around briefly and decided to go somewhere else. We ended up getting a better deal after sharing my experience about this location.

We had an amazing experience at this store thanks to Janise! She helped my parents and me find the perfect glasses and guided us through every step with so much patience and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and confident with our choices. Truly outstanding service, highly recommended!

Amazing experience! My optician Raven was very helpful and knowledgeable, explained all my options and prices clearly, and made everything easy to understand. Super friendly and fun to talk to, all of the associates are very nice too. highly recommend!

This place came highly recommended by a close friend, so we had to try it out. This location has the most friendly and knowledgeable staff. My mom got her eye exam by the onsite doctor, and right after, they helped her choose the best frames and lens for her needs. The store is spacious and super clean. It's a well run business, and i highly recommend coming here for services.

Well my Ma accidentally bent my dad's eyes glasses and the lens popped out. We went in and stated problem and showed the glasses to the Associate named Leo. He was very sympathetic, courteous, and professional. He said he would take a look at them and within 5 minutes he said okay got them all fixed up. He even offered us a case and I said no thanks we got one. I then said how much we owe ya and he said nothing you're good to go. Now he could have charged us something and we would have paid it but he didn't. Thats shows integrity, honesty and my Ma and I are completely grateful. I was born and raised here in Vegas so customer service is very important to me because that is one of the main focus points this town was built upon. So when I see its still going on I applaud that and Im quite happy this place has it with an awesome Associate Like Leo. Thanks again.

1 year into a office job that requires me to look at a computer screen for 40 hrs a week got my eyes becoming sensitive to light when sitting at my desk with the office lights and brightness of the computer- thought I decided to check my eyes out just to see if I may need something for work. I'm so glad Eyeglass World covers my insurance! The staff at this location are all very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about what their doing. The Dr was able to provide me great insights onto my eyes. Im blessed to mostly have healthy eyes but found out that even with glasses, words looked even more clearer and better. Like wow! And i thought i already had great vision. Customer service especially by Tiya is amazing! She's very thorough on explaining my options as to what frame i would like and even breaking down the financials as to whether or not if I should go through insurance or take advantage of the current promotions. I love that! I came out with 2 lovely glasses to use for work, lens cleaner, and some cloths, and glass cases! Thanks Eyeglass World for making my first time experience enjoyable! I definitely recommend this location 100%.

Amazing place!! The doctor was kind and patient, optician Raven was so helpful and wonderful to talk with. We got the glasses so quick! It's a very rare place that offers superb customer service

Showed up 30 minutes early to appt just for them to tell us the appt was canceled because the doctor left last minute. No notice or anything until you show up on time to your appointment. Staff knew that it was canceled and still pulled us to the back ..
