I had a wonderful experience with Eyes & Optics. My initial interaction with Tyler was amazing he was very helpful and professional. After 5pm., when Tyler was off work, I called the office and spoke with JAMES because I still had a few questions I forgot to ask earlier. James was equally knowledgeable, very understanding, and precise with his answers. I visited the store today and personally met JAMES just to thank him. It's rare to find staff who are this reliable, professional, and courteous, especially when answering calls and addressing concerns so clearly. This is the kind of customer service that makes you feel confident and well taken care of. I am truly loving this place now. You can ask as many questions as you want about eye care, and they will patiently explain everything. I even booked my wife's appointment for April with Tyler. I highly recommend Eyes & Optics to everyone!

I am someone who always reads and analyzes reviews before choosing a place, so this is my first time writing one. My first experience with Eyes & Optics was with Tyler, who was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Talking with him felt easy and comfortable, as if we had known each other for a long time. We had a very pleasant conversation, and he was honest and helpful in recommending doctors, which I truly appreciated. As a first time customer, this positive experience made a great impression on me. I would definitely recommend Eyes & Optics and am happy to leave this feedback.

Dr. Malik was meticulous and precise in examining my eyes and gave me a most excellent refraction. I ordered some new glasses and am excited for my vision to be better than ever!

We called Eyes & Optics today to follow up on my husband's appointment scheduled for January 21st. We spoke with Dane, who according to Valentino is in charge of insurance appointments and claims. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The online registration system is not user-friendly and does not provide enough information, which is why we had to call for clarification. Instead of receiving proper assistance, we were placed on hold and eventually told that our insurance might not be accepted. Dane said she would contact our insurance as the next step and promised to call us back, but we never received any follow-up. We also left a message for Tyler, who was very helpful when we originally scheduled the appointment, but again, no return call from Dane. For a new patient, this was frustrating and time-consuming. If a staff member is unable to answer basic questions regarding insurance and appointments, proper training or at least a courtesy call back should be provided. It is difficult to recommend this clinic when something as simple as confirming insurance and an appointment becomes a hassle. We were referred to Eyes & Optics and expected a smooth process, but just following up on our appointment already became an issue. Better communication and staff training would greatly improve the patient experience

Dr Malik is exceptional. Very attentive to patients needs. We've been his patients for many years and always a good experience.

I always enjoy my annual eye exam. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere changes you and calms you down. The staff is so pleasant and kind. The best doctor in town! I just love him. God bless them each day!

Dr. Malik and his great team has been taking care of my wife and I for over 15 years or more. Getting up there in years, my wife and I, Dr Malik noticed something in my wife's optical scan and gave her a caring letter of referral to the clinic for further assessment.
