Gabriel Hernandez OD

I've been going to Mr. Hernandez office for over ten years. This visit I had an anxiety attack and the staff there were extremely rude especially Mr. Hernandez I explained what I was going through and Mr. Hernandez did not asked me if I was ok he automatically told me I was lying about his staff treatment and believed his staff over a patient. I tried to explain and he was not trying to listen. I have a mental health condition and him and his staff had no remorse about how I was feeling. I will NEVER go back nor recommend his service. 10 years and this is how they act with a mental ill patient. Just wrong.

The optometrists here are good, I've been coming for a while now but for some reason their glasses frames tend to be really weak. They break fairly easily when you have any hard motion on them and they don't really have a great selection of glasses. They change each year but each year tends to get worse on the selection. You're free to come here if you want to but be warned that it has a limited supply of food glasses. Other than that, they have a selection of big brand named glasses that you can also buy. They offer coach, Michael Kors, and even more than that. The price is hefty though and could probably get them at a lower price being the same model and somewhere else bu to it buy five or ten bucks. Their lobby is cute but it's really small. There's only about nine chairs so the room can't take a lot of people if a large family enter. They're great but not perfect.

Love this place! I've been coming here for the past 4 years or more and always the best hands down, Dr. Hernandez is straight forward and doesn't beat around the bush, normally that's how you would want someone to tell you how it is and that's him! I recommend this place for anyone, all his staff is great, especially Jocelyn: professional from the start, they all work with you and try to get you in and out but with 100% satisfied of course..

Manuel delivered professional & knowledgeable customer service.. is well educated & great with kids! Dr. Hernandez, once again was extremely caring, for my Daughter's eye care.. Friendly & honest front desk. I am satisfied, with my choice of office.

My husband and I want to thank the amazing team at Dr. Hernandez's office; A+ Team. My husband is in wheelchair and the office team when out of there way to work with him/me to get a complete eye exam. Kim was an angel. I don't remember everyone else's name but please know we are grateful! Keep up the amazing client care! Dr. Hernandez has a professional demeanor and it is evident a passion for improving vision.

made a appointment for my grandmother they told me it was on 09/05/19 so here i go taking my 6 month old and grandmother to the doctors and come to find out the receptionist says the appointment was for 09/20/19 which is not correct on the fact that i dont schedule doctors appointments on Friday since i work . i only schedule them Wednesdays and Thursdays and the receptionist was rude didn't even offer a solution . needles to say i will be looking some ware else.

The staff has always been quick and efficient. The doctor is the best.
