This place is truly amazing. The staff has always been kind and courteous, and their professionalism has never wavered in the seven years my daughter has been a patient here. I especially want to thank Nicole at the front desk--she went above and beyond to help us navigate some tricky insurance issues, and Dr Shin for being there for my daughter over the years. If you're looking for a great eye doctor and a team that genuinely cares, I highly recommend this practice.

I've been seeing Dr Shin since i was 5 and I'm 31 now she's the best eye doctor ever. I'm so glad I see her she's the only I don't care. I trust all about my issues with my eyes and the tumor behind my eye. 10/10 always recommend her and her office and the whole staff is absolutely amazing

Dr Shin was very efficient and professional for me. I would most definitely recommend her for all your optometry services. My strabismus surgery has been successfully completed for 2 times, and pray that my final surgery will solve more of my double vision issues. Dr Shin is a compassionate, caring and patient with my granddaughter for the past 12 yrs now, since she was 6. Always keeping her in mine when there's a breakthrough on the possibility of an improvement with her visual impairment. We love her and always be grateful for doing her best all the time.

Doctor Shin is absolutely the most gifted opthalmic surgeon one could hope for. She has performed strabismus surgery on my eyes twice, once in 2000 and again in 2024. I traveled from the Central Coast of CA, where I live now, to have the most recent surgery done by Dr. shin, as I could find neither a competent nor confident (in their own abilities) ophthalmic surgeon in my area, to perform a successful surgical procedure on my eyes. I am so thankful that I returned to Dr. Shin. I am forever grateful to her for literally giving me the ability to see straight twice in my life---its really life changing to no longer have to deal with double vision! She is always friendly, and personable, listens to her patients, and is an all-around exceptional doctor/surgeon. Dr. Shin's assistants and all of the office staff are always friendly and helpful too. I actually always look forward to office visits there. Very worth my 6.5 hour drive to Vegas.

Dr. Shin is an AMAZING Ophthalmologist. My family has been with her since 2004. She does SUPERB work in her field and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to EVERYONE! We have seen Dr. Shin for many years now. We absolutely love her! Dr. Shin and her staff are personable, kind, patient and efficient. I have a child with special needs and she and her assistant are amazing at engaging my son! It is so impressive that she gets all of the information she needs from my son because he is not cooperative the majority of the time. She is magical! We have never had to wait long in her office for an appointment either. I love the efficiency of her and her entire staff. I have recommended her to many people over the years and will definitely continue to do so! We love Dr. Shin and her staff!!
