This place is amazing.We have gone to other vision places, yea no never again. Literally the other places felt like a drive through compared to this one. iFocus took their time. There was so many other tests that we had never gone through. They made sure that all our questions were answered. And at the end gave us prices and sum ups and made sure that we left with something that we were very happy with. And also, well taken care of making sure that our follow-ups where scheduled. And they were just so nice, polite thorough. Thank you so much for making us feel so comfortable.

Over the years, I have struggled with my vision. Since early childhood, I suffered from severe myopia that was only partially corrected with glasses and hard contact lenses. I was later diagnosed with keratoconus and ultimately had both corneas replaced. Over time, I also underwent cataract surgery and PRK. Given this long and complicated history, achieving good vision felt increasingly unlikely--until I began working with Dr. Vivienne Velasco at iFocus Vision Center. Dr. Velasco fitted me with scleral contact lenses, despite the challenges of extensive corneal scarring and significant astigmatism. It took several careful and patient iterations to fine-tune the prescription, but she never gave up. The final result has been nothing short of remarkable: near 20/20 vision. Even more impressive, the scleral lenses are far more comfortable than the hard contacts I wore for years. At 85 years old, I can honestly say that I now have better vision than at any other time in my adult life. This outcome is entirely due to Dr. Velasco's persistence, expertise, and genuine dedication to her patients. I am deeply grateful and recommend her without hesitation to anyone with complex vision issues.

My husband Michael loves this place. Everyone is so kind and helpful. It's always nice and clean. He always gets reminder texts which is perfect! And not having to go anywhere to get what he needs for his hard contacts is lovely. Keep it up team.

I have been seeing (pun intended) Dr. Velasco for 14 years, even though I left Vegas and moved across the country a couple of years back. I will continue to travel back to Vegas for eye exams because I like and trust her and her staff with my very finicky vision. Not only is she attentive to my needs, but she also consistently brings in new technology to help her patients as best she can.
