Insightful Eyecare

I've been looking for a new optometrist and a friend referred me to Dr. Pamela at Insightful Eyecare. From making an appointment, getting my insurance squared away, to getting checked, Dr. Pam was the best. Her assistant, Adreanna, gave a me a call the day before to make sure they were in my insurance's network, and she got me all set up with the initial screenings when I arrived for my appointment. Dr. Pam was so friendly and thorough in checking my eyes, and she even took the time to show me my Optos Retinal images and walk me through what I was looking at. She was so easy to talk to and I really enjoyed her optometry puns (very punny haha). I'll definitely be recommending her to friends and family. Quick tip: The office is located inside Sam's Club, but Insightful Eyecare has their own parking and entrance if you drive to the left side of Sam's Club's building! You'll see a little alley between Sam's Club and Walmart. Just drive to the back past the Tire Installation and the office will be on your right. Thanks again Dr. Pam and Adrianna!

I've been using insightful eyecare for about 6 years now. Really love their office staff and the doctors. No complaints on my end. The doctors don't rush you out the door. They set and explain everything to you from start to finish and I really appreciate that. I don't trust anybody with my eyes so it's very important that you trust the doctor working on you. Not much more I can say, but thanks for keeping my eyes in check over the years. Bp

Office is very convenient located inside Sam's Club. The doctor's assistance was very kind and efficient. She even helped me with information to file an out of network claim with my insurance since they do not accept it. Dr. Ng was very kind and knowledgeable and very thorough explaining everything related to my eye health and charges I may be experiencing due to being over 40 now. Great visit and will definitely return. Their cash price for the visit was very reasonable as well.

It was such a great experience having Dr. Ng do my eye exam. She truly cares about her patients and makes sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of. She's very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great eye doctor. The staff is super friendly, and the office is clean and welcoming. Overall, a really positive experience at Insightful Eyecare!

I had a pleasant experience here. Expedient service and got a same day appointment. No upselling or attempts to over charge. I felt the exam was thorough and the doctor even reviewed the internal images of my eyes with me, explaining what she saw. Would recommend.

They were great! Very accommodating and knowledgeable with insurance. Doctor Pamela Ng took the time to explain and answer my questions and concerns. Dr. Ng is very knowledgeable and her suggestions were on point. I would definitely recommend the eye scan for a minimal fee my first time doing this and it was quick and informative. I will add it to my visits with Dr. Ng every time.

Pamela is the best Optician we have ever had. She has an unheard of patience and precision. She caught missed by others issues with my youngest daughters eye. We go cross town to see her, and hope she stays in Vegas Valley 4ever !!

Dr. Ng is outstanding. She gave me the most thorough eye exam I've had in years. My previous optometrist of 10 years had me over corrected and I was having problems seeing small print. That has been resolved. Also, I gave up wearing contacts years ago because the distance vision was blurry. Dr. Ng also corrected this and I can once again wear contacts. Her office was immaculately clean and Yanel, her office manager who is also the technician is very friendly, efficient, and excels at her job. This is definitely my new Optometrist and I highly recommend her to everyone.
