I have been a patient for a while here. The staff is so polite, neet,and totally professional. Dr. Austin is the very best he knows his stuff! I have been going to eye Dr after eye Dr. For years and was NEVER diagnosed correctly! New Eyes is the best! Dr Austin is the BEST! I HIGHLY recommend him and New Eyes to anyone who isn't getting the correct answers! When you know something is wrong but you are not quite hearing the right answers! Come to New Eyes you will hear the right answers! They do thorough tests and the results are easy for anyone to understand. Not made just for medical professionals if you know what I mean. Just good all around people!

My husband is his patient first and he's really attentive and concerned for all his treatment concerning his eyes and by the time I need a specialist for my eye care no one in my mind except him. We are happy with his care and all the staffs in New Eyes.

I was referred to the New Eyes practice for cataract treatment three years ago. Since then I have received excellent care. Surgeries for both eyes were completed quickly and without complication. Post surgery my vision was restored and I truly felt had a new pair of eyes. Post op care and ongoing exams by Dr Austin and staff were always through and completed in a professional manner. Dr Austin's pleasant and patient manner is very welcome in this hurry-up world. A true professional with a lot of experience. The entire staff at New Eyes contribute to a well run office environment.
