My husband and I were visiting Las Vegas when a screw fell out of my sunglasses the day before we were scheduled to leave for the Grand Canyon. Stephanie was fantastic--she took down my information, and Andrew had my sunglasses repaired within 30 minutes.
This was actually my second visit to this location for a similar issue, and each time the staff has been consistently friendly and provided exceptional customer service. I've tried to get the same repair done at a LensCrafters (SC coast) but there was no comparison--the staff there were quick to say they didn't do those kind of repairs despite it being the same issue.
The team at the Fashion Show Mall truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this store, as they absolutely deserve five stars for their efficiency, friendliness, and outstanding service.

Many thanks and best wishes from Germany to Steve. He was my savior! I accidentally sat on my glasses, and the temples were completely bent at the hinges. Steve warned me that the temples might break during the repair attempt. BUT: He expertly managed to fix my glasses (which I had only bought a month earlier in Germany). Steve, you are a fantastic optician!
