We had a great experience during our visit thanks to the staff members who assisted us esp. with choosing the right frame for my son's prescription glasses. Though I need my eyeglasses too but i decided for next time. Kudos to Amanda! She was very patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us find a frame that fit well and looked great for our son. Her professionalism made the whole process easy and pleasant. We truly appreciate her excellent customer service and would highly recommend this store.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted immediately, told them I had an appointment they directed me to the receptionist she was printing all my paperwork that I completed online, which is so much easier than filling out forms. I was immediately taken to the exam room for testing which went really smooth. Was greeted by Dr Jones with a kind sparkle in her. The testing of my prescriptions went smoothly since I have anxiety, we even talked about my last name as most people always state if that's Italian talked about pizza and attempting to start a business venture with my son ,once testing and our love for pizza I was taken to meet Shahzad very friendly he went over my benefits in which he stated I had really good benefit plan. Informed him I was on a budget and wanted to use my Big Black Versace sunglasses, he took the lenses out to see how I would like them on my face and I asked for his honest opinion and I was really appreciative of the feedback which was not bad he stated now you'll be wearing theses all day. He gave me the price for my lenses , scratch resistant, glare resistant and transitional a price to use for my Versace and stated that if I chose new lenses with my insurance discount with a coupon it would be the same price. I told him I really loved Ray Bans so we headed over to look at them , I tried on the black frames which I usually get and a shimmering pair of colors caught my eyes . I tried them on and fell in love with them as they went well with my silver hair . He even stated that the frames actually change colors in darkness as he put them in a dark covered dome I was in awww. They were magical matching my spirit all this while he answered phone calls. Informed him he made my day being kind and honest in assisting me on getting the best rate possible. I am truly grateful for these Holy moments. Had a great experience at this LensCrafters! From the testing phase to the interaction with Dr. Jones and Amanda, it was all good. Dr. Jones addressed all my specific concerns in a concise and timely way. Amanda processed me out, clearly detailing options relating to my glasses. Overall pleasant visit.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. The Dr we saw was very personable and great with my daughter. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when I made the appts for my daughter and I, they verified our insurances, but failed to tell me they did not accept my daughter's on the frames and lenses side so trying to tell my 8 yr old that she was going to have to wait to pick glasses somewhere else after already picking out something she liked, ended up costing me $140 extra for a cheap basic pair. Should have been made aware of this at the time of scheduling. Still loved their selections and availability.

After going years without glasses I stopped in to get my first pair in years.Shahzad was such a big help and explained everything very thoroughly. He talked me through my insurance benefits and all discounts. Would highly recommend and I am happy to find a LensCrafters with an employee I can trust

This is literally the only place I go for all my eye needs. The new optometrist was awesome and quick. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Howard helped me make my purchase. He was very attentive, made sure I received all my discounts, and just overall a sweetheart My family and I will continue to come here and I advise others to check them out.
