Sylvia helped me fix some glasses I'd ordered online from Firmoo in like 10min, free of charge. So appreciative. The bows arrived super bent outwards and the glasses wouldn't stay on my face. My daughter and I recently visited this location and a lady by the name of Yesenia assisted us with picking out some glasses for my daughter. She was very patient and recommended styles that looked great on my daughter. She was very professional and even engaged in conversation as if we knew each other forever! The staff here is so kind, courteous, and efficient. Dr. Chiu is the same. He put me at ease, explained everything very clearly, and answered any and all of my questions. Shahzad helped me find a variety of frames and then helped me narrow them down to my final choice.
