It's such a shady place that has bad billing practices. We own a company that bills insurance and this company does it incorrectly and shadily, their staff also is ignorant on how it works. They insisted we pay a hefty copay even though our insurance said we didn't owe anything. The rude office staff who needs to be trained in billing, made us pay. We got this refunded obviously from them months and months later when our insurance told them we did not have a copay. We go there for medical annual exams (NOT glasses or prescriptions). Because it is a medical benefit that is why it is covered. The front staff is so ignorant and it's honestly embarrassing that they have that kind of staff. We tried to schedule there for the next annual visit but just like last time they wanted a hefty copay for each of us. I informed the staff that we got it refunded last time since it was an error. She was like "that shouldn't have happened." So your office just goes around refunded patients out of the blue? No it's because insurance said you can't charge people for a covered benefit. They are just greedy. I called my insurance again after hanging up with this front desk staff and they confirmed that Meadow Eye cannot collect for this annual covered benefit. Meadow Eye lost business for a regular family of six who has coverage for annual exams. Go elsewhere and consider yourself warned!

Dr. Saboori is young, calm and objective. He's polite and answers your questions. The surgery to remove cataracts from the right eye was quick, easy, painless and the results excellent. I can see amazingly well. Great job, Doctor! Thank you so much!

Dr Amram is an amazing doctor. He is very caring and kind to his patients. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you. He makes you feel comfortable and really listens to you. You do not feel rushed with Dr Amram.

As a surgeon and a business owner, I don't take writing bad reviews lightly but I feel this business and potential patients should hear about my experience. I made an appointment with them specifically to have my vision evaluated. I was seen by a technician or assistant initially and then my Jeff Villena, the optometrist. When they finished with my tests, I asked specifically how I could get the results of their exams to an optometrist to make the corrective lenses for me. I was told that if I go to Clarity Eye care and ask them to call Meadows, they will get the required information. I asked if it was mandatory to go to Clarity and they said no, but that was Jeff's specific recommendation. I ended up going somewhere else and they called Meadows and were told that I needed to request specific authorization to have my informations released to them (which I attempted to give them on the day of my visit). Much worse however, is that I called them just a moment ago and I was told that they never performed a vision exam and that they don't have a prescription for me. Ultimately, I have no clue what they did, BUT it was not at all what I went to them for.

Meadows Eye Physicians is a wonderful place to get excellent eye care. The staff is warm and welcoming and will make sure you have great service and follow up care. The doctors are very knowledgeable and care about you as a person not a pay check. The doctors took time to educate, teach and answer all my questions regarding my eyes.

Not handicapped friendly, they could not raise or lower seats for my elderly mother who uses a Walker. Waited 2 hours to be told they needed to retake pictures of her eyes. Also still here and STILL waiting to see a Dr. if you have an entire day to kill then this is the place to come to have your eyes checked for pre surgery. Addendum * the Dr was awfully snarky when I asked about the wait he said most other places are bad and if I wanted to go elsewhere I could. Please let it be said my mom is 86 years old, a retired nurse. We were absolutely blown away by the attitude we received. I had asked the Dr a question followed up with "please don't be rude" because the truth s 3 hours for an 86 years old disabled woman is a long time to be sitting without her legs up. There could be courtesy and a kind word instead we were greeted with attitude and defense.

I love this doctor and the office and the staff. They're all very professional. They do their appointments on time. They are very experienced and I feel very confident about the care that I get there and I can see better.

I was quite anxious, but Dr. Saboori and Staff quickly put me to ease with my cataract surgeries. Their cheerful caring and competence shines through in each of my appointments and I am very pleased with the results. Highly recommend!
