Nevada Eye Physicians

This was the first time I had visited to Nevada Eye Physicians. I had a very positive experience. The check in process was very easy and I had a short wait to see the doctor. The whole staff that I interacted with was very friendly and professional including Dr. Singh and the Physician's assistant who I first interacted with. Dr Singh quickly diagnosed the condition and prescribed the perfect remedy. Once I started using the medication I started feeling better and continue to feel better. I am very grateful to Dr. Singh and everyone I interacted with for taking such good care of me during my visit. Thank you!

They treated me like the President's wife! no waiting and I was never alone for more than two minutes! The entire process moved like a silk scarf i a gentle breeze, and I saw Dr. Lee twice! He needed to run more tests and they did it then, I did not have to make another appointment. My time was respected. They acted like I was the only patient, yet there were so many. I would never go anywhere else.

Highly recommend. They were able to accommodate a last minute appt for my dad. The staff was friendly, professional and very attentive to his needs. Dr Singh is patient, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and compassionate during the entire exam. He made sure he answered all of my dads questions and spoke to him in a way he would understand. From the time we walked in until we left, we felt comfortable, listened to and confident we were getting the care he needed.

I have always had a very positive experience each time I return for my annual visit, the staff there as always work very well together and in a professional manner, Dr Gaston is very good at what he does and always explains what he's doing and why, I an very comfortable with just how nice he is how he explained my situation. Definitely do not get a glasses Rx here. The Rx they gave me is entirely wrong and they were super rude about it so I ended up going back to my optometrist and had to pay for a second eye exam. Total waste of time and money! Stick to the optometrist for glasses. I had only gone here to get an issue checked out and they said they could do the vision test too. After I got home, I realized the prescription they wrote was extremely different from my previous one, so I tried calling several times and going in to ask about it. No one would return my call for weeks. I called again and finally spoke with a woman who was very rude. She very adamantly told me no my prescription was not very different. I told her it was because I have the previous Rx on paper right in front of me. She just kept telling me I was wrong so I had her read the previous Rx that they claimed to have measured from my glasses and it was completely different from what I have on paper. She then implied that my glasses must have been made incorrectly. How would my old glasses have been made incorrectly at the time but they somehow accidentally match my new prescription that they just wrote a year later? That doesn't even make sense. So I went back to my previous optometrist, and they confirmed that yes the glasses do in fact match my old Rx, not the Rx they made up, and yes my new Rx is only slightly stronger, nowhere close to anything they had prescribed. So I have no idea where they came up with any of those numbers. And then to be rude on top of it as if I'm the one that's stupid when it was obviously their error. And now I'm also getting billed extra for the pointless vision exam which no one even informed me was going to be a separate charge. All to see the actual opthamologist for about ten seconds. Edit: They did not "try to contact me" like they say. I have no voicemails or missed calls. I guess they just say that to sound better on their reviews. I tried contacting them and can't get a hold of anyone. I tried disputing the extra charge as well, but they basically told me there's no point. They said I could try to talk to an officer manager but that it would be basically impossible to get a hold of anyone without driving down there. They also said they have it on record that my Dr spoke to me on the phone about my Rx which is completely a lie.

I was very disappointed and livid with my last visit on 9/5/2025. I normally see Dr Gassen. This time I was seen by Dr Surjeet Singh I think . At least, that's what it says on the prescription. He did not introduce himself as he entered the exam room. I advise him that my vision was getting worse. I mentioned to him that I had experienced two episodes of broken blood vessels in my right eye and inquired about the cause of my condition ? I found him to be dismissive on the subject matter until I brought it up again. I also advised him that my eye glass prescription had expired and I needed a new prescription to get new glasses. He did not check my vision and said there is usually little to no change from the last prescription and that they will give me an update prescription. I specifically said I need the prescription for distance. I get the prescription and I immediately take it to the optometrist to get my new glasses before my insurance expires. I picked the glasses up the same day and noticed that the vision was off. The optometrist tries to tell me to give it a week to get use to them. I said no. This is not the right prescription. It's blurry. I get home and compare the recent prescription dated 12/5/2026 with my old prescription dated 8/6/2024 and discovered that I was given a prescription for computer use. This is the second time your office has done this to me. The frist time was 9/18/24. This time I expect to be reimbursed for the expense of having my lenses redone. As this is your office error. Please have someone contact me to acknowledge my complaint.

We are so excited for Dr. Lopez's brand-new location! My daughter has been seeing Dr. Lopez since she was six years old, and she is now 14. He is by far her favorite doctor ever. She genuinely gets excited for her appointments with him. Dr. Lopez is incredibly thorough, kind, and has such a fun, welcoming personality. He is always very professional while also being extremely caring. We truly couldn't be happier with Dr. Lopez and highly recommend him!

This is my first time with Nevada Eye Physicians..and I wasn't disappointed! Dr. Frank Lee is nice..courteous..knows exactly what he's doing, direct to the point but not rushing things..really skilled ..and professional! I would really recommend him to anyone looking for an Eye Physician!! The Staff are great..friendly ..addressed my issues especially Eye dilation..kind ..and professional! Nevada Eye Physicians is highly recommended!!
