I always go to Lense Crafters. I just moved to the Las Vegas and they helped me with my insurance. They got me all squared away with that. The staff was very helpful. Great selection of frames This has been the first time I've been seen by a eye doctor that was so professional, happy and just cool vibes. She was efficient and on point. I will definitely be returning Thank you all for being amazing. Keep up the good work. Very good experience.

My experience at Nevada Eyecare was unfortunately uncomfortable where the staff, mainly the receptionists, had no decorum. The male receptionists with the bull-nose piercing and omega tattoo, needs to find another career as being in the customer service is not his strong suit. Horrible attitude, and had no idea what he was doing. When asked for prices, he gave generic information as if he did not want to be working that day. The other receptionist had some professionalism as she was easily able to read off the prices without issue and can just do the basic duties of a receptionist, which the male receptionists lacks. Not only was he bad-mouthing customers in front of other customers or employees who work there, but he was loudly reading a customers' review and complaints to the other receptionist regarding the same issues I am listing out in this review. His attitude is not fit for the job he is currently working, as he is condescending towards others. The issue was not only with me but with other customers that day as well. The other receptionist had an attitude during my visit as she was dealing with issues with other customers. Despite her horrible attitude she can do the job. She seemed to have a stressful time during the visit but did not need to take it out publicly in front of customers. Not only did she 'help' our customers over the phone, but she would complain to the optometrist and sigh during the call. To the Optometrist and the Technician, thank you for your patience and service.

My eye exam with Dr. A. Jones was excellent. She was friendly, informative, and overall very knowledgeable. She explained everything and asked me questions to ensure I understood.

Doctor, great and kind, she shows care. Optician, excellent as well, she was friendly. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the girl who is taking the information. The front desk girl was in a hurry and unpleasant; if it weren't for her, I would have given five stars.
