Exceptional, Attentive, Professional
From the front desk receptionist to the doctor all at New Eye we're on their A game.
The office was in order and clean.
I noticed the assistant to the doctor was very detailed in sanitizing all the equipment that I came in contact with and she was detailed in her questions about why I was there. The doctor was not rushed and took the time to answer all my questions. I appreciated that they have a 24 hour answering service for any emergency that might happen with my vision.

Great place! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful -- they did everything they could to assist me. I was experiencing flashing in my eye, and they were able to get me in as soon as possible. Dr. Kwong was super nice and friendly, just an overall great person. I'd definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Everything went well until the end. The front desk staff was very courteous and friendly. The medical staff member that did most of the tests was efficient, friendly and engaging.
Dr. Pizio was very nice but was in and out very quickly. I must have been the last patient of the day because whenI had questions after talking to the scheduler, she had already left the building and I was told I would need to make another appointment to get my questions answered.
