Met w Dr M yesterday. She is amazing!! She explained everything thoroughly, went over pictures of my eye balls, showed me pictures of my eye balls with a comparison of normal eyeballs. She is incredibly bright, friendly and was on time. Her PA Geoff is amazing as well. I have not had my surgery yet, but I am incredibly impressed w Dr M, Geoff and the entire staff at New Eyes. Oh, love that they are modern, checking is easy and very, very clean facility!! I was at the Green Valley location.
My visit to New Eyes was a great experience from start to finish. The staff was courteous, organized, and professional, and Dr. Jeffrey K. Austin provided excellent eye care. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my appointment. Overall, a very positive and professional experience.
We had a good experience at New Eyes with my husband's cataract surgery. Staff was very friendly and kind. Doctor was well trained to perform the surgery. Surgery is a success.
There has got to be a conspiracy going on here. I've been to two New Eyes locations (Southwest is the other one), and both offices are just, so extremely nice, and very human-centric. I've said the same about their Southwest location in another review as well. Not to mention, Dr. Reddy! He's at both locations, which is why I came to the Green Valley one. Speaking of locations, they have several and I think (as part of the conspiracy), they knew ahead of time my location and thought to build ones closer. The convenience is unreal! The availability of their Dr's, especially Dr. Reddy, is unreal! My first visit with Dr. Reddy was just 3 days ago, for dry eyes. My second visit was just the next day, and it was for a possible Corneal Abrasion, which I'm happy to say (thanks to Dr. Reddy), was a simple object intrusion. What made it all magical was how Dr. Reddy simply made himself available to see me because of my situation, and get this...he squeezed me in right after performing surgery! That in itself spoke so much volume to me!
And then there's his staff. One in particular, Kelli (last name hidden to keep this awesome lady safe)! Yes...awesome! She would go to bat for you, and also above and beyond! The combination of her and Dr. Reddy makes an absolutely lethal [and I mean that in the most awesome way] TEAM! Literally, the next morning, I immediately messaged Dr. Reddy's Team and she replied FAST. I had some issues with my Work Insurance and she humanely assured that no matter what, my Rx would be taken care of, even if that meant going to the generic brand. She also made sure that Dr. Reddy and I were able to connect for my possible Corneal Abrasion! A huge thank you to Kelli and with the most adoration!!
Dr. Reddy! Thank you for being awesome! Thank you for being welcoming, warm, and personable! As-well-as being their for me and my eye issues! I will always be grateful to you and will go to only you!

For those reading this review, NO, I am not paid to give such high review. I am a genuine patient, who, myself, has worked in the medical field for major hospitals as an ER Logistics Tech, Patient Lift and Mobility Tech, and Patient Transportation Tech, and I've seen it all when it comes to Doctors and how they treat their patients, and to the entitlement, and Dr. Reddy and staff completely outshine them all. Yes, I've still had my fair share of working with awesome Doctors, but as a patient, Dr. Reddy and staff are a breath of fresh air.
Honestly I have never seen an office so clean with that many people in there. This was my 2nd visit. The staff members are not youngster. They are women that know their job very well. Well organize, respectful, and pleasant. You don't get many great dr. office experiences. This was the right way to start off my new year-2026.
The entire experience beginning with the initial step through surgery was exceptional. All encounters with staff along the way listened, took time to answer questions and totally addressed my concerns. The surgical staff were phenomenal. Surgery was perfect.
The office staff, assistants who perform tests and Dr. M were all wonderful. We are so happy to have such a wonderful office for all our eye & cataract issues and feel very satisfied & confident with their care. They make it so easy comfortable and organized with appointments for cataract surgery and followups.
I'm been with New Eyes for a couple of years now . Staff are really nice people and they are very helpful to me. Doctor Austin is very good at helping me with my vision issues and also helps with getting things done for the better. I recommend New Eyes. Most importantly the place is very clean and very comfortable to me.
