New Eyes

This place is really good in every level! We were greeted by Cynthia and she is a sweetheart she went above and beyond to help us and our situation. The other staff Kylie is also a super nice person that wears a smile and has true concerns for patient that shows true care! The Doctor Mr. Reddy super nice doctor an expert in his field very good in taking care of all your needs and I highly recomend this place by own experience which was great!

I have really bad eyesight and have received wonderful care from Dr. Andrew P. Kwong and his staff. I've seen a lot of eye doctors over the years and was fortunate enough to find this kind doctor since I moved to Henderson. His level of care is topnotch and his staffs are great people. Dr Kwong is honest, thorough, spends the time I need to answer all my questions, and he's kind. He helped me maintain my eyesight. I won't go anywhere else for my eye care. Dr.Pizeo, Dr.Kwong and the New Eyes Team are incredible! Just last week I was at the New Eyes Southwest Office and I watched a customer experience that was handled with empathy and concern for a patient.A elderly lady came to the office, unfortunately the patient had insurance not accepted at New Eyes. I fully expected the front desk would just advise the lady that we don't honor you insurance and send her away. The lady obviously was distraught, could not reach her ride and was upset. What did the front desk person do she said let me help, she tracked down an Office that would honor her insurance and helped her to schedule an appointment. She saw that her caregiver had the information and the gratitude the patient was touching to say the least. I wish I took note of her name, but that is the customer service that makes a firm great.

So far so good!! Mom was diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes at 83 years old. She grew up on her family's small farm in Texas. Of course back then, sunglasses were a luxury and usually just considered a fashion statement rather than protective, let alone for a child working on a farm. Something we realize is so important, she had never experienced an eye examination as she felt 'she did not have any problems with them until now'. She's an amazing artist painting in mostly oil, over the years hundreds of beautiful art. Our older generations over the years are so precious and should be respected. New Eyes has done EXACTLY that! From first examination to the referral to a surgeon within the organization. What an amazing team! She recently had her first single eye laser surgery to implant a new lens. After days of sleepless nights over worrying, the day after surgery she woke up and felt great! She took one Tylenol when we brought her home and she took a nap. She's amazed at how well she can see and is actually looking forward to getting her next eye done. Stay posted... we think she's going to start painting again!

The office staff is great, which is rare. I had a few questions after my cataract surgery and the medical assistants were awesome.In fact, I called 3 times and they were patient with me. If they did not know the answer, they went and found it. The return call came quickly with the needed information, showing I, and my health, were important to them. I recommend this practice to everyone!!

I have seen Dr. Devasis Reddy twice now, and I am genuinely amazed by his attentiveness, knowledge, and the level of care he provided. I originally came in for a simple chief complaint -- on-and-off red eyes -- but what I received was far more than I expected. During my visit, Dr. Reddy took the time to listen carefully, ask detailed questions, and thoroughly explain possible root causes. He told me that my recurring red eyes might be linked to a systemic autoimmune condition, specifically autoimmune arthritis. What shocked me the most was how accurately he described all the symptoms I've been silently struggling with...lower back pain, hip pain radiating down my leg and foot, skin hypersensitivity, joint pain, and severe morning stiffness. I never even mentioned these to him, yet he described them exactly as if he had known my situation for years. It felt like someone finally connected the dots that every other doctor had overlooked. I honestly joked to myself that it felt like a psychic reading, LOL, but in reality, it was simply an incredibly skilled doctor who truly understands the human body far beyond the eyes. I walked into an eye clinic expecting help for redness, and I walked out with clarity, validation, and a referral path toward the right specialist who can finally address my underlying condition. I had no idea an eye doctor could be the one to help uncover what might be the true cause of my worsening symptoms that have been affecting my daily life. Dr. Reddy is the perfect example of what a physician should be...knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and truly invested in his patient's well-being. I am deeply grateful for his insight and expertise. He didn't just treat my eyes; he helped me take the first real step toward getting the answers and care I've needed for a long time. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Devasis Reddy. He is an exceptional doctor and a blessing to his patients.

New Eyes MD's and all the ancillary staff are phenomenal practitioners! They are thorough, knowledgeable, and caring professionals. The staff and Doctors explain the testing procedures and are supportive and helpful. The MD's review all test results and share the imaging during their consultation. I strongly recommend this practice. You and your vision are in the best hands ever! Dr. Linda Newcomb

This location is professionally warm and beautiful! Good area as well! The staff are so welcoming, and with such friendly and warm demeanor! Dr. Reddy and everyone there was awesome! Although it was the first time experiencing issues with my eyes, it wasn't my first Rodeo with Dr's in general, here in Las Vegas, and Dr. Reddy (and staff), literally outdid, outshined and redeemed my faith in medical care once again. He was personable and [for being a Doctor] human-centric. I came from YEARS of providing hospital bedside care and patient mobility, and I've seen it all, from rude mannerism to "entitlement," and Dr. Reddy made my experience a blessing, from the patient's POV. You can tell that everyone there really focuses on the "Quality of Life." Thank you Dr. Reddy and staff! Thank you for bringing back my Faith in medical care, especially here in Las Vegas! p.s. For everyone reading this, for the record, I am a real patient, and I'm not being paid to comment and leave this review. I am absolutely, and genuinely impressed and pleased with my experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Reddy and the Southwest (Warm Springs) location. Of course, New Eyes have many other locations as well. I'm just leaving this review for this location because of my experience with them. They! Are! Awesome!
