It was great working with you! My grandson who usually has trouble doing business on his own, was able to go in and have a problem with his glasses fixed! I may not be a big deal to many but to me it meant a lot! Thank you!

Today Alisha helped me replace my 5 year olds glasses. She was very kind and understanding. She also showed a great amount of empathy and sympathy. With our situation. For that will now only be going to this location.

I've been going there seems like forever! All my kids started off there and now our grand children! They always take my insurance and fast service in getting glasses!

Very long wait time but I think that was because there was a promotion going on that was about to end. However, I am still going to rate my visit 5 stars because of Madeline who helped me get my glasses. She was absolutely wonderful, very patient, answered all of my questions, and went over all of my options with me. Any business would be lucky to have an employee like her and she probably deserves a raise!

I had my Ray-Ban sunglasses lenses replaced with an updated prescription. They didn't have my frames available and/or they didn't have a way to order my exact frames, so I used my old frames. They broke the frame when replacing the lenses and didn't tell me until after they replaced the lenses that the color of the lenses wouldn't be the same as I had discussed with the sales associate before my purchase. I paid $100 for them to brake the frame and give me the wrong lens colors. Alicia, the manager said she could give me a refund, but not keep the wrong lenses with the frames they broke. She said she couldn't give me free lenses even though they were wrong and they broke my frames. Be aware.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Pearle Vision. When I recently visited to have my frames adjusted, the staff ended up scratching my lenses so severely that they are now unwearable. Despite my clear communication about the issue, Pearle Vision has refused to take any responsibility for the damage they caused. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I trusted Pearle Vision with my eyewear, and they completely let me down. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and consider other options for their optical needs.

My oldest son broke his frames and spoke to Samantha regarding when my son's frames will return. She said my due date is Aug. 22. Im hoping it comes sooner. But every single one of the team has been so kind and understanding. Samantha and Kelly helped me the 2nd visit. And this team is always patient and does their best to listen. Even in the most busiest time of the year going back to school.

So they refuse to give you an appointment and force you to wait after high paying customers to be seen. Even though, there are free employees they twiddle their thumbs and enjoy their jokes while they tell you the wait will be 30 minutes, then 60 minutes, then additional 45 minutes. Obviously they don't need your money, consider giving yours to a business that actually cares.
