Terrific care and customer service by everyone! The facility is modern and has caring doctors, as well as pleasant, friendly staff to assist with glasses selection. My initial visit indicated a need for referral to an ophthalmologist, which they arranged for me very quickly. I have had many visits for eye care since childhood (a long time!) and I highly recommend Optic Gallery as one of the best!

This is the best location yet! They were able to quickly schedule an appointment, when I arrived, I was taken back early, eye doc was friendly and listened to my concerns, staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient. As a busy mom, all things I greatly appreciate! Would recommended 10/10 thanks for great service!!!!

I've been a patient of Optic Gallery since 2020. Dr. Hartman and the staff are top notch and definitely prioritize customer care and service with their patients. I'd also like to highlight Chy. She assisted me with my insurance and was very kind and thorough with explaining my available options. I always enjoy a visit to this place.

This rating reflects my interaction today with Elizabeth. I was told that a message was left for me on February 2; however, I have no record of receiving that voicemail. I was also informed that my glasses had been sitting in a bin without any additional follow-up notification. What was most concerning was the lack of acknowledgment of a possible communication breakdown. Instead, the situation was presented in a way that placed responsibility on me for not picking up the glasses, despite not receiving confirmed notice that they were ready. Considering my eye appointment took place in December 2025 -- and this was already a replacement pair due to the first pair having an incorrect prescription -- I expected clearer and more reliable communication regarding their readiness. Being told that I could not talk to a manager and speaking with a manager would result in the same response was also disappointing. It was not just the situation itself, but the dismissive tone and implication that this was my fault that made the experience particularly frustrating. Timely, documented customer communication and accountability are important, and in this case, those expectations were not met.

I was a bit anxious since it was my first eye exam, but the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and assisted right away. Everyone was friendly, and I felt comfortable and all my questions were answered. I learned a lot, and I definitely recommend visiting this location.

Dr. Todd Hartman at Optic Gallery was professional, thorough, and super easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly and took the time to address my questions. The staff was also extremely friendly and efficient, and the overall experience was just perfect. I would highly recommend Dr. Hartman for eye care.
