This is a great location to visit for if you're looking to get new glasses or contacts, and if you're looking to be greeted with professional and friendly staff members. If you're also thinking about trying out contacts, they'll train you for your first time. A staff member by the name of Naylea trained me on getting comfortable with putting contacts on, which is how I ended up getting my first pair of contacts a few months ago. This is now the only location I go to for my eye care now.

This was my first Optometrist visit on my own. I didn't like paying for a bad retinal scan picture with all the white spots on their lens. They were patient with all the questions I had, great at hand holding me though the visit, friendly and did not rush me out the door. Their hiring manager has an eye for beautiful women.

I was calling around different optometrists in my area to schedule an eye exam for my child and came across Optic Gallery. After three calls and two callbacks, they finally verified my discount plan and quoted me $75 for the exam plus the cost of contacts. Sounded fair, so I made an appointment. Everything seemed normal -- I even got a few text messages from them to confirm the visit. I took time off work and arranged to pick up my child from school for the exam. Then, 24 hours before the appointment, I got a call saying the price would actually triple because "someone made a mistake." The only thing they offered was an apology. When I asked if the business would take any responsibility for their employee's error, the woman replied, "Why?" Very unprofessional. Think twice before doing business with this place.

Been coming here for years. The girls are heading to Puerto Vallarta on OG's dime because of what I paid for lenses alone...joking but not joking. They really are going to Mexico and I expect to pay as much anywhere else. Warby Parker was 600 with frames and Eyeglass World was 700. Eyebuydirect was affordable but with my stigmatism it is important a human being puts dots on the lenses where the focal point needs to be. I got two sets of the macdaddy's with all the coatings...progressives, transitions, anti-glare, scratch resistant, poly. So, in a nut shell...competence, warm, skilled staff, and good selection of frames. They work with me allowing 1/2 down and balance upon receipt...you can't go wrong. Come see them. Keep in mind eggs are now 9.99/doz...the corporate world we live in is unsympathetic. You'll spend but get a great product.

If you ever need a change to your contact brand, while your prescription is active, be prepared to pay full price for exam. They will not work with you, even to keep your business.
