I had a great experience at my recent eye appointment. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. The entire process was smooth and efficient. I truly appreciate the excellent care and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care.

They really care about the work they do. Everyone was friendly. They take walk-ins and they are open on Saturdays. The doctor explained details about how the eye works to a level I had never heard before. I feel like I walked out of a mini optometry course. They also have affordable frames available. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're tired of giving your money to corporations and want to support local businesses.

So I've been a customer for many years moved out of state 3 years ago .Dr Stephanie Lee. fixed my vision issues.. amazing person. Then she retired , Dr. Borges took over the helm and continued the amazing care. So, third year flying in because Optical Gallery Boca has always given me the best care. I had to switch to Arroyo as it was the only opening with Dr. Borges... she was out of town . I walked in .. Patrick let me know that her husband Dr.Perez would be seeing me.. kind of hesitant as I prefer female practitioners. Patrick said I was in good hands, and that I would love Dr.Perez... Words cannot express how awesome he is, so down to earth . He took the time to listen , and understood my vision needs..got to know me as a new patient .. not many practitioners take time to do this these days. Trust is a huge thing .. I found my new vision team at Arroyo from the moment I entered, to the moment I left.. the most amazing care. Thank you from all of my heart. Marji Kimball

Eye exams (or any medical exam, really) usually make me nervous, but the staff here completely put me at ease. Everyone was super friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly. The doctor was amazing--down to earth, thorough, and genuinely made me feel like I mattered. You can tell he truly loves what he does, his team, and his patients. It might sound odd, but this was the first time a doctor actually sat down with me to go over my eye health in detail, answering every question with thoughtful explanations and real solutions. I'm new to Las Vegas, and this practice has already gone above and beyond any optometrist experience I've had--even compared to the ones back home in Silicon Valley. Highly recommend

Best staff!! As soon as you enter til you leave you feel comfortable. Dr. Perez is so approachable and listens to you. Prices are conservative - frames and check ups.
