TRUDY is really the star here.
I had an issue with my sunglasses and she was fantastic at helping me get a new pair. She was so kind and patient even though I called her weekly and stopped in randomly. 10/10 Trudy is the best!

I had a previous review to which I was a bit disappointed, however the manager Trudy got ahold of me and totally rectified the matter , as a matter of fact Trudy went above and beyond. I am super happy and so pleased that optic gallery management believes in customer service .Its so refreshing to have a manager like Trudy paying attention to all matters in her store she manages,, and puts customer service as one of the top matters in this business.. thank you so much Trudy , you are very appreciated, a trait that's getting harder and harder to find in today's world ... once again thank you very much, and id recommend this store for all your vision needs ..... as long as they have management like Trudy that is ...lol , very happy customer

Wow! So impressed! We were visiting from out of town and needed a contact replacement. We had tried several other places to get a replacement but none of them carried what the prescription was for. We came here and they called our Dr office to see if there was a substitute we could use that was not the prescribed just to hold us over for the few days we were here.
