I have been coming to this optical office for 4 years now, and I can truly say they have always treated me with respect and kindness. Every single staff member takes their time with me, making sure I feel comfortable and well cared for.
The doctor is amazing -- patient, attentive, and thorough. She never rushes and always makes sure to explain everything clearly. I genuinely feel valued every time I come in.
I am very happy and grateful for all the care and professionalism they have shown me over the years. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an office that truly cares about their patients.

This was my first visit to the Optic Gallery Fort Apache location, although my fiancee and I have been patients of Optic Gallery for many years. Over that time, we've followed Dr. Richard Eusebio from the Boca Park location to Hualapai and now to Fort Apache.
Our experience with Optic Gallery has always been excellent. They have a great selection of glasses and sunglasses, and the overall level of care has consistently been top-notch. The main reason we keep coming back, however, is Dr. Eusebio. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and always takes the time to answer questions and make sure everything is addressed.
The staff at the Fort Apache office was also incredibly kind and helpful during this visit. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to assist. It made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
Highly recommend this location and especially Dr. Eusebio.

Had the best experience ever. What a great place to go. Everybody greets you with a smile. Very real and down to earth from my experience all of the staff. Dr. Heilmen, sorry if I spelled it wrong. Was So patient and thorough. You don't find doctors that take that much time with you. Overall great experience definitely recommend 10 out of 10. Also shout out to the lady who took all the eye pictures. She was amazing. I can't remember her name. I totally forgot to get it. But she was great as well.

What an incredible team!
Everyone was happy and welcoming and warm. From check in, to testings, to check out - everything seemed so smooth and satisfying.
As a client, you really feel loved and cared for. And honestly it's amazing to feel that way - especially in a doctor's office!
I knew my vision was good, but, you know, just to check I went in. And funny enough my vision IS great! Really, that's what I wanted to hear. But I did end up buying these over the top sunglasses with customized lenses and the whole deal. I put a lot from my pocket even after my insurance coverage. But with a team and customer service like that- it is WORTH IT!
Recommended by my dad! I honestly cannot say thank you enough for your over the top treatment and hospitality. WELL DONE! I really wish that every doctor's office was like this. Although my visit was over 6 months ago - the visit will forever be my favorite!

The ladies were nice and pleasant to deal with, but my glasses are wobbly and loose. They said they ordered new frames for me but I feel like there are still off balance and fit crooked on my face. I feel like the readers o get from Walgreens fit better. Not worth the hundreds of dollars I spent. It's not
exactly the technicians fault, but I feel like they should take more care in making sure the frames are solid before passed on to the customer.
I don't think I'll go back to Optic Gallery, unfortunately.
