Excellent!
Needed to update my vision records and get new glasses after a three-year lapse and Dr Suh was not only in my network but had fantastic reviews.
Super easy to book an appointment over the phone, also easy to fill out the comprehensive intake forms online in advance.
When I checked in, Dawn at the desk was very friendly, and offered bottled water.
Even though I was very early, did not have to wait long before I was taken back for the exams. Very efficient.
Dr Suh was also friendly while being efficient and was thorough in explaining the results of the tests and the changes compared to my last prescription.
Probably the longest portion of the appointment, which wasn't long at all, was choosing my new glasses. The office had a decent selection of high-end frames. He was very helpful in exploring types, lens coatings, and fit.
All in all a pleasant visit.

The entire staff is very professional and welcoming. Dawn makes it a delight to select glasses ... she is very knowledgeable and helpful in finding just the right glasses! They have a wide range of prices and styles. Now that I have purchase glasses there, she knows what styles I like and the right shape for my face ... so I can call ahead and she has several pairs ready for me to try!
We also have had our vision checks here ... recommend both optometrist we have had, Dr. Suh and Dr. Eusebio.

I don't usually look forward to eye exams, but this place makes me wish I could go more than once a year. The whole team is so welcoming full of smiles, camaraderie, and genuine joy. I love the way they bring in festive holiday themes, which makes every visit feel fun and memorable.
On top of that, the conversations I've had with the boss about business and practice have been insightful and refreshing. This office is truly the whole package: professional, personable, and uplifting.
