Optic Gallery Summerlin

First time coming to this location and i must say i am Very pleased. My son and I walked in and were greated. We arrived early for our appointments and were taken back shortly after our arrival. Dr Saldivar was very thorough and explained everything. She made sure i was comfortable with the contact lenses and double checked my previous prescription. She is very knowledgeable and an Absolute pleasure to be seen by. I am so Happy we found this location closer to home. The staff and Dr's here are incredibly welcoming and friendly.

I had such a great experience here. Honestly, I was super impressed with Dr. Saldivar, she's incredibly detailed but also just really personable. She actually took the time to answer all my questions and didn't make me feel like just another number on her schedule. I went in on a Monday, and you can tell it's a busy day for them, but the staff handled the chaos with so much grace. They even managed to move my appointment up a few days earlier when I called, which was a huge help. A big shout out to Adriana for helping me pick out my frames! Since it was my first time getting glasses, I was definitely a bit indecisive, but she was so patient and just exuded great customer service. If you're in Vegas and need your eyes checked, this is definitely the spot.

I had an amazing visit as always. The front office staff is some of the nicest I have come across and that speaks volumes and sets the tone before the visit even starts. Regarding my visit there was a hiccup on my end related to paperwork (someone forgot to hit submit when doing online forms) but even in office there was only 3 forms for me to fill out and hardly any wait. The imaging before each test was explained in detail by the tech and I appreciated that. My visit with Dr. Jordan felt like I was talking to a family friend and I was able to express my concerns I have related to my eyes and get everything addressed in one visit. Even after my exam with the doctor the rep Adriana there's not enough nice things to say about you! Thank you for everything it has been years since I purchased glasses or even tried on any frames and you made it so easy for me and knew exactly what would look good on my face. Even with the financial side you checked all options for me and provided the best service I could ask for. Looking forward to my next annual visit, but you all are so nice I would not mind just stopping by to say hello. Thanks you all for all you do.

I have been coming to Optic Gallery at the Lake Mead location for quite a few years. The staff are always very pleasant and polite. They all have a very caring attitude and that attitude starts at the top. Dr Jordan has the same caring attitude as his staff. Even though I only come into the office once a year, he is always very personable. We can talk and nothing ever seems awkward. He is very knowledgeable and I trust what he tells me, which is a big deal for me.

I've been going to Optic Gallery and Dr. Radtke for over 10 years and she is the best eye doctor I've ever had, and one of the best doctors overall. She is thorough, explains everything clearly and let's me ask any questions I may have. As well as providing options with my eye care.

The office staff was very friendly and professional, not just when I called in but when I checked in and than again as I checked out, all three were different, however all three gave me exceptional customer service. Dr Jordan was super attentive, and knew exactly what I needed. I was in for a special type of contact lens Scelarals, he knew and understood the issue. I was very impressed, and looking forward to my follow up fitting. I suggested to my wife to switch and visit Optic Gallery.

Amazing service as always! I even arrived a little early and was seen immediately; no wait! They were very thorough in addressing my concerns and ensuring all my information was updated. Doctor even took his time addressing my medication history and explained each extra tests needed and the affects of each medication. Been going to them for 3-Years and will not stop; unless VA says no

Everyone in your office acted perfectly. I arrived early for my appointment but was seen immediately. The staff is well trained and efficient. Dr Salazar was very good and explained my options and answered my questions clearly. Thank you! Fran
