My experience was subpar. The optometrist was less than welcoming. She had no regard for my comfort . The worse part was when I saw her roll her eyes at one point during the exam when I said, hold on I need to blink. Awful customer service and a lack of professionalism.

It's a scam. You walk into one business that your medical insurance told you to go, but apparently it's 2 different businesses, the dr that does the test accepts your medical insurance, but the people that has to supply the lenses and frame does not accept the insurance. I would rather want to warn people against Lens Crafters in Fashion Mall in Las Vegas.

65$ fee to try on contact lenses is unheard of. I have worn them for 20 years. The fact you want to charge me for literally putting something on in the office is insane and price gouging.

I always put these optical appointments off until the last moment before my insurance rolls over. As a result of my procrastination, I reached out a day prior and was given an appointment next day.
Provider was efficient and knowledgeable. Explained everything succinctly and confirmed understanding. Support staff was cordial and efficient. Retail side post visit was non-pushy and valued my time.
All in all a great experience. Maybe I will visit in May next t as opposed to December.
