I had an amazing experience and felt cared for from beginning to end.
A huge huge thank you to everyone who cared for me. Dr. Fitzpatrick, Sammie, Tameka, and Melody all made me feel comfortable especially since it's been 3 years since I've had an eye exam. Everything I questioned they answered without hesitation and had all the necessary knowledge needed to make me feel better.

0 stars Worst experience. Waste of my time. As soon as I told the doctor I had a bad experience with the other LensCrafters he started asking who it was and he guessed and was like oh that's my friend. Then before any exams he started to tell me oh I agree with him. He told me he felt my vibe was off and I told him yeah because I felt like he wasn't helping treat the issues I'm having or listening. His advice was to not stare at a computer all day. I wasted my eye exam with my insurance for this. Come to find out looking at my papers him and the other doctor have the same last name.
