The girls working front desk are lazy. Rude. I called several times just to get my vision plan verified the ladies had me making phone call after phone call. My vision insurance themselves said these girls just aren't even trying to verify because the same information I gave them pulled everything up just fine. They are not helpful. Lazy! Lazy! Lazy! Not helpful, made me miss my appointment! Get those girls at the front desk outta there doctor park!

Great the first time. I was a new paying customer. They went above and beyond to make a first impression.
Terrible the second time. "Am I in the right office?" I had to check the sign on the door to be sure (and never returned)
First impressions aren't lasting impressions.
My experience = 50/50. It's a crap shoot. Roll the dice and hope you catch 'em on a "good day."

The Dr. rushed me out the chair. And they gave me an incomplete prescription and told me it was fine even after I called to question it. When I received my glasses there was only prescription in one eye. I do NOT recommend.
