I didn't have a problem with my actual visit until a few days later when I called the office because I needed the PD (pupillary distance) which wasn't on my Rx. I needed this to order my glasses online. The office refused to give me this unless I came back in and had ANOTHER exam even though they had this measurement from my first exam. What a shame because I really liked the doctor and thought I had found my new optometrist here in Vegas.
