I was first of all just happy with the fact that this office is on this side of town. Most eye exam are a 20-30 min drive anywhere. Ita a very nice, efficient office. Staff got both my kiddos in and out with new glasses ordered within an hr. Definitely recommended! They also let me know if for any reason I was near Summerlin or Henderson, I can drop in any location. Thats absolutely convenient.

The doctor was friendly, fast and got right to it. The thing that made me go out of my way to write this lengthy review is because of one specific person. I believe her name was Ashley, she helped my kids choose their glasses was absolutely amazing! She was so patient, kind, and encouraging while letting my kids try on different frames. She made the process fun instead of overwhelming and really took the time to help us find the perfect fit and style. We truly appreciated her help, I've worked in the hotel industry for ten plus years and I know how important it is to any business to have a good first impression. From start to finish, she was perfect. She is definitely an asset to that location, I unfortunately didn't have the best experience at the sunset location in henderson so super grateful that Ashley was able to change my opinion on this place. I will definitely be coming back here for many years!!

Came on NYE 2025, had ripped contact stuck in my eye and needed contact exam. They took me same day. All the ladies up front were an absolute joy. Very kind and accommodating. Dr. Duran was my savior that day, he put some dye in my eye and thank goodness removed a half ripped contact lodged in my eye I was unable to remove myself. He did a thorough job with exam and took his time with me even though he was the sole Dr. with a room full of patients. Very reasonable pricing. Loved the VIP deal. Great visit all the way around.

I had a very positive overall experience with this Pearl Vision location, despite a significant issue with the frames I initially chose. My prescription is wonderful--the lenses are perfect. The staff is friendly, though I noticed they are still learning the finer points of customer service. The manager at this location is outstanding and truly goes above and beyond (bending over backward!) to ensure customer satisfaction. I experienced repeated trouble with the frames I selected. It turned out the lenses were too big initially, causing the frame to break on two separate occasions. They replaced the frame twice. On the third replacement, they proactively cut entirely new lenses to a smaller size to prevent the frame from breaking again. Unfortunately, a few weeks after that, the arm of the frame fell off. However, despite this negative and frustrating saga with the faulty frame, my overall experience was great due to the quality of the prescription and the exceptional dedication of the manager and staff to ultimately resolve the situation. I highly recommend this location for their commitment to making things right.

Will be returning. First Doctor and staff that didn't make me feel like crap for not being able to see. Loved the environment and truly enjoyed the customer service. The lady that helped me pick my frames and set me up was AMAZING. Give my girl Tara a raise. She went out of her way to help me find something I felt good in. <3

I came here for the first time to get my eyes checked out. I have never worn glasses & can't remember the last time I had an eye exam but making an appointment was painless. I came & had all the testing done & then saw the Doctor & found my suspicions were true... I need glasses! I paid extra to have some additional scans done & they referred me to an Ophthalmologist for an issue with my optic nerve. Tara is super sweet & picked me out a cute pair. The glasses finally came in a week later & I picked them. Over all great experience.

Wow, like, BAD LEVELS of service here. At first I was happy coming in on the 24th. It had been a while and I wanted to make sure my prescription was still accurate. 1. They want to charge you an additional $66 for an eye exam insurance won't cover, you'll fill that out in your paperwork. They will nickle and dime you at every single turn. 2. My prescription isn't accurate. They removed all 4 prisms at once. Wanted to charge an extra $44 for anti-glare which they recommended. I failed my eye pressure exam. They said "come back in 4 weeks". 3. I scheduled an appointment 1 week after getting my glasses bc I've had splitting headaches daily with them. They say come in. Everything should be fine. Why do I come in and proceed to wait AN HOUR PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME?! Then when I complain I'm told they're understaffed. Which is why 3 people went to lunch during my one hour wait. I ended up walking out bc that's a stupid amount of time to wait in a bright office with a splitting g headache for them to fix their mistake. When I called back. They wanted to reschedule me later this month. Absolutely insane treatment of people.

I had a terrible experience at this Pearle Vision and would not recommend them to anyone. After waiting two weeks just to get a call back from the office manager, I was finally told that the technician would be "reprimanded" for not clearly explaining their policies -- which only confirmed that the issue was caused by their own staff. I originally went in for a soft contact lens fitting, and they gave me trial soft lenses to take home for 30 days with no problem. But when it came to the RGP hard lenses, no one explained anything. I was never told I couldn't take the trial lenses home and definitely never told I'd be charged $300 if I wanted to. They just charged me without proper explanation or consent. When I asked for a refund, they told me they "don't do refunds for services," even though they never actually provided a second service. The doctor didn't perform a separate fitting for the hard lenses -- he literally just reused my soft lens prescription, rewrote it, and changed the name. That's it. No evaluation, no fitting, nothing. Overall, it felt deceptive and unprofessional. I walked away with a charge for a service that wasn't explained and wasn't even performed. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
