If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. While driving, the bottom of my frames snapped. See the attached picture. These glasses are less than 2 months old. I have worn glasses for 25 years and I have never had this happen. I am very gentle with my glasses. I called the store and they said "unfortunately since you didn't buy a protection plan there is nothing we can do. But we do have some sales!" I won't buy new frames from them because if their frames only last less than two months, can I really trust their quality? I can't. The frames are hundreds of dollars and I cannot afford to just toss that kind of money around. Extremely disappointed in both the quality and how the store handled this.

Dr. L, Bryan and other staff at Pearle Vision (Trop & Jones location) are absolutely AWESOME. They were extremely patient, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I really enjoyed the patience and individual time they gave me to answer all my questions in detail. . Most of everyone was extremely kind and made you feel welcomed not just like another stranger. Dr. L & Bryan have Great smiles and Huge Enlightening Personalities and give 10 star customer service. I would definitely recommend Pearle Vision for your eye care needs.

AMAZING experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so warm, friendly, and welcoming. The entire exam was incredibly thorough. Dr. Lucido was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed and felt truly cared for the whole time. Hands down one of the best optometry visits I've ever had. Highly, highly recommend! A 20/20 visit for sure!!!

They schedule lots of patients on the weekends so if you're booking a weekend appointment prepare for extended wait time. But their whole staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. It's also a real team in there. If one person you're working with has to step away, the next team member jumps in and picks up right where they left off so you never feel like they lost you in the process. They also want to make sure you understand everything before moving on to something else which was super greatly appreciated.

They took me as a walk in to fill my prescription for glasses and contacts and everything was very easy! The front desk girl was very nice and Liz (I think that's her name) was wonderful and she ensured I could get both my glasses and my contacts for the best price possible! I was greeted right away, didn't wait more than a couple minutes, and the entire appointment start to finish was incredibly thorough while also being a super fast and easy process. Kudos to Pearle Vision located at Tropicana and Jones. They always exceed expectations. Their frames and lenses are high quality, they also offer a lot of promotions that help me save money. I moved out of state, and tried other places, but the glasses that were crafted for me at this location are incomparable. I still actually use it to this day! The prescription may change due to my age, but the frames still are brand new looking and the quality and craftsmanship of the lens is excellent. All of the Doctors and staff are very professional and efficient at their job. I would recommend this location to everyone!
