Pearle Vision

There were not very many options to choose from for my face type in my price range. The prices were also a bit high, given I need 2 separate frames and lenses. Twice the price and the woman that helped me didn't seem to be having a good day at all. Glad I had patience with me when I left the house. We'll see how the glasses turn out.... ****Update: I waited 2weeks for my glasses and I was happy with them HOWEVER about 30 days after receiving my first pair, the frame cracked completely (no fault of my own) and Audrey (the manager) agreed. She tried to charge me 100$ to replace them. I was irate. She agreed to replace them for free one time only. Now I have to wait again. Keep in mind I'm supposed to be wearing these all day everyday. I'm not impressed with this store at all. Going somewhere else in the future.

Amazing customer service! My son and I had our fist doctor appointment yesterday and the next day we received our new glasses. The doctor is great and the office staff are sweet. High recommended!

I dealt with Chris for my glasses and stuff at the end of my visit and he was wonderful. I explained what I wanted and he knew exactly what to get along with getting me the best price. He was very knowledgeable. He made the whole process very easy. Thank you so much.

My experience with the 7090 South Rainbow Blvd. location won me over. Everyone at this Pearle Vision location was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Chris, my customer service rep, went above and beyond to help insure I was happy with the quality of the new lenses I ordered. Chris is an exceptional representative for Pearle Vision and I thank him. The doctors I met with for my eye exams were thorough and professional and answered any questions I had with great detail. All in all, my visits to this location have been a genuine delight as they have exceeded any possible expectations. I will be going to this location for all my future exams and eyewear needs.

Every time I leave an eye doctor, I'm always usually very upset because the type of glasses I wear they're very expensive and but this time my visit to Pearle vision was awesome. I loved the eye doctor and then the lady who helped me out picking out glasses. They had the best promotions for January. I was absolutely shocked so I'm very grateful for their services they provided to me this time

As I waited I observed the person at the very front station greet and work with other customers while ignoring me even though I was their long before others. So I had to wait for someone who would wait on me. The staff that did assist me walked every customer she had to the door, opening it and wish them a pleasant day. She did not explain I could have gotten a second pair at 50% off. Did not explain why my glasses were not going to be ready the same day.You guessed it, when we were finished I was not walked to the door, not wished a pleasant day or a thank you .

I have generally had positive experiences with the staff at Pearle Vision on S. Rainbow. The team--both the staff and the eye doctors--have always been friendly and accommodating, and I have even recommended this location to friends. Recently, however, I encountered an issue with my contact lenses. I opened a new set after finishing last year's supply, and when I put them on, I noticed a change in my vision. I could see clearly at a distance, but my near vision was blurry or doubled. I called the office to ask for assistance. My call was transferred from the call center to the store, and I spoke with a gentleman (unfortunately, I did not get his name). He informed me that my last exam was in February and said, "Here's what we can do--you can come in, and we can check the lenses." He provided the office hours and noted that they would be closed for the holiday. I was about to ask if I could come in today, but the call was disconnected. I called back and spoke with a female staff member who told me they could not check my contact lenses because my last exam was in February. I explained that I currently do not have any usable contact lenses. She responded that I can be eligible for a new set on January next year and that I would need to wait until then; in the meantime, she suggested that I use my glasses. I have nothing against Pearle Vision, as they have provided excellent service throughout the many years I've been a client. However, I am hoping for some consideration in this situation, as I received conflicting information from different staff members. When I was asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment for January of next year, I declined. At this point, I will most likely look for a new location.

Amazing experience for my 14 year old daughter. Everyone was extremely nice and made her feel comfortable. Especially Chris, who helped her pick out her glasses. He made her smile and laugh the entire time. 10/10 from check-in to checkout.
