Pearle Vision

This was my first time visiting Pearl Vision, and I was really impressed! It was extremley affordable compared to my previous eye doctor. They had a lot of availability to schedule me in as well. The doctorI saw was great, I think her name as Dr. Lai! She got me a new prescription for my glasses and contacts and ensured my eyes were healthy! She was very kind as well. The man the helped me pick out my new glasses and ordered contacts was very kind too. He reviewed my insurance and found me some of the best deals. He was not a pushy upseller like some eye doctor offices. I felt ver comfortable there, and will defintely be returning in the future! Even the front desk staff was welcoming and helpful! Thank you all!

Gave 5 stars for my First visit but wanted to write something after I received my glasses. The entire experience was positive! Dr was great and the optician was amazing! Glen was patient and extremely helpful. My sister and I had many questions and he was knowledgeable and answered all of them. The finished products were done earlier than promised and we were very pleased. All in all, a great experience and the best part, we can see again! Thanks Glen and thank you Pearl Vision!

I was in from out of town and needed some new nose pads for my glasses. This is a standard task for them obviously. What's not standard is how wonderful the staff is here. Chris and Audrey were an absolute joy do deal with. Happy customer here!

Second time here. I had a great experience at this office. All the staff is always friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The eye exam was thorough, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciated the wide selection of frames available, and I found the perfect pair. Highly recommend this office for anyone in need of eye care! I'll be back for my next annual visit.

Truly disappointed in this visit. I was forced to take 2 eye tests that I didn't want. And was not able to complete the tests - but yet I had to pay for them. Then on to the glasses...I was told I got the "best" price but when I checked with EyeMed found out that wasn't true. I asked if that was the best - told yes - so I walked out for almost $500 for lenses and frames with my copay. I got to thinking about it and called EyeMed. After talking with the rep from EyeMed she decided to call and ask why the copay was so high. She got a completely different number than I did. Also found out I was quote Tier 4 lenses with ALL the options. And I was never provided a breakdown on her "great" pricing. This is completely unacceptable and even the EyeMed asked if I wanted them to file a complaint. And no, those eye tests for $59 extra are not required by my insurance I feel like I was taken on a ride here. Besides being forced to take optional tests, the frames being overpriced, being lied to about the lenses and options, and then hearing that they told insurance another price? This is not the way to do business. I and my family will never be back and I will make sure everyone I know hears this story.

Definitely a good experience. Was greeted at the door and given my papto fill out. The usheted into an exam room,eyes checked while the explaied what they were doing step by step. Dr spoke to me like we were friends! Was asked lots of questions about what I'd like style wise, given lots of choices. Then when I decided on a couple pairs, they fitted them to my face and they'll be ready in a few days. Can't wait to get them an be able to see properly!

First time at this location and was very pleased. The woman at the front desk was so warm and helpful greeting me. The rest of the staff and Dr. were also so helpful and efficient, made the experience smooth. I think their customer service was top notch and I would continue to go to this location.

I had a great experience at Pearle Vision Windmill! Nikko was welcoming, professional, and very patient from the moment I walked in. The eye exam was thorough, and everything was explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend Pearle Vision Windmill to anyone looking for quality eye care and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be returning!
