Chris and Connie made my experience wonderful! I went to two different optometrists and they both said the glasses I wanted to use weren't suitable for my lenses.. however they made it happen and they did it the same day in under 30 minutes! I was truly impressed with their customer service. Now I get to enjoy my Louis Vuitton glasses !!

I came in with a prescription from another office that I was not comfortable with and left. This location helped me out and took care of me to complete my frame order. They were so kind and accommodating. They listened and explained without being pushy or making me feel pressured. The Doctor, I can't remember her name- Kopolow? - is amazing. She's got a great personality, and ten years have gone by without me knowing I had a scar that was blurring my vision, and we didn't know my daughter had an astigmatism, until our visit with her. On top of that, Ebony the glasses lady is amazing. Five stars to these two.

The eye appointment itself was very good, however when I was discharged out to the lobby I was asked to take a seat and someone would be with me shortly. I waited patiently for more than 30 minutes and no one paid the least bit of attention to me so I went to the registration desk, paid for my eye exams and left. Unbelievable.
