I brought my dad in for his appointment. The front desk woman who took my dad to get the exam done before seeing the eye doctor was very polite with my dad and made sure he was comfortable. We then seen the eye doctor and she was so helpful and very informative with my dad. They made us feel welcomed and made sure my dad had what he needed for his eyes and really his health. His blood pressure was super high and within minutes they reduced his blood pressure by making it a relaxing visit. Definitely recommend coming here along with they did not pressure us into getting expensive things. I want to thank all the staff for taking care of him.

Great experience. I had been to another location a few years ago so this was my first visit at this location. From booking appointments online for my children (13, 4) & myself, to the in office visit - everything was seamless. I was able to fill out all of our paperwork online, before the appointment, cutting down on office time. It took a total of 2 hours for all 3 visits. And the eye tech that was assessing my 4 year old son was incredibly kind and patient. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of visiting Pearl Vision on W. Flamingo. I started online and got a same day appointment after breaking my previous glasses. Every person I dealt with was knowledgeable and kind. They all took the time to seek a common thread and have a personal conversation. I was very impressed by whole experience. Dr. Hitzeman was awesome along with the staff that checked me in, assisted with exam and eyewear purchase as well as the young lady that fitted them for me. Thank you Dr. Hitzeman, Stacy, Marlene and Namya.

TLDR: Overall, I was there about an hour and a good half of that was spent at the end trying to find a pair of glasses that I liked. Now I must wait till they are made they said about a week and would reach out to me when they were ready for pick up. Price for me was acceptable but with insurances it's hard to say if that will be true for everyone. But the overall process was good and efficient. I didn't sit around waiting for something to happen. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would recommend this location. The details: 1st impressions, the store was clean and the staff greeted me right away. The person at the front desk was busy by acknowledged me right away and was able to look me up and get me checked in a few minutes, In less than 5 minutes I was taken back and the assistant or nurse (not sure what to call them) started taking my information and had through the machines and in the Dr's office in about 15 minutes, she answered all my questions about the machines and what they did. My Dr was Hitsman (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) and she was good. She had a great bedside manner. She walked me through the usual eye exams (can you read this line type things) then she reviewed with me the pictures the machine took. She also answered all my questions and made suggestions and explained why she suggested it. I asked for the clarification. She made comfortable and the experience was enjoyable. I wasn't stressed out at all. I decided to go with contact and a pair of glasses. I left her exam space and right into a person that helped me with glasses. We tried on a bunch of different frames, and she explained the different lenses options. She also explained what my insurance covered so I knew what I was getting into. She had the more paperwork related job but overall, I think the process was good.

From the prescriber to the staff very friendly & knowledgeable. The exam was quick & placing order for contacts fairly easy, staff price matched and provided information for a rebate!

The staff and the optometrist were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back here for my yearly visits. The only thing I would suggest if you are considering visiting is to make an appointment first! I'm retired so I had time to kill. However, by the time I left, I was exhausted! I walked in on a Monday without an appointment and was there for 3hrs, which included the one hour eye exam and frame consultation. Overall, the visit was great!

The front desk, doctor, and techs in the back were friendly, very professional and thorough. However the girl helping me order glasses was not very friendly and failed to provide important information about the payment methods. She got her manager who told me completely different things. They switched out helping me several times leading to even more confusion. I have severe anxiety and this behavior caused me to have a full panic attack. I ended up leaving not purchasing the glasses. I was crying and not very nice myself when I left. I will not be going back to this location for glasses. Again, the rest of the team was wonderful.
