Pearle Vision

I went to the Pearle Vision on Green Valley first to confirm insurance coverage. The gal welcomed me in she advised she ask what I needed I said I need just glasses she asked if needed to make an appointment with the doctor I said no just lenses and to confirm coverage. She then let me know she had two other people ahead of me. Now mind you she was frustrated and rude about it... then sat down and said at the desk and said she wasn't sure if she can tell me if I have coverage or not without setting up a profile well she was able to without setting up a full profile. She printed the information handed to me never offered me to wait or set me up for an appointment at that time another gal walked not sure if she was there to work upfront or what but I left. Later that day I went to the Pearle Vision on Maryland the manager and she was more than helpful and yes it was later in the day that there were more staff members available. I have worked with public majority of my working career the way the gal treated me was unacceptable no matter how busy you are I really felt belittled. I watched all the employees at the Pearle Vision on Maryland they acted like they enjoyed their job. The doctor that came with a patient on Green Valley didn't even say good morning or even had a smile. The employee that walked in for the to didn't have a smile when the gal helping said good morning to her. Come on people we are watching it makes a difference to a lot of us and the feeling you put out!!!!

Arrived early and was greeted right away. The staff was very pleasant and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was seen for a medical reason, that being my dog smacked me in the eye, which caused a rupture of some blood vessels. My exam was extremely thorough and Dr. Wells is absolutely amazing. It is clear to see she loves her job and truly cares about the well being of her patients. I highly recommend Pearle Vision for all your eye care needs.

I found Pearle vision center to be excellent with their glasses. I ordered from them two years ago and my glasses were absolutely perfect with vision. I went back to them two years later now and again I am very pleased with the people who work there who are very nice. Would you recommend this particular proficient. My prescription is perfect.

The staff and Dr. Jasmine Lovan were awesome. The store front was super clean and well organized. I have been to many many optometrist in my time and I have NEVER had them conduct such an thorough eye exam. Super happy I selected pearle vision!!!! Checking in for my appointment was fast and easy and I was explained every little detail by the front desk. Once finshed with the exam, I was explained everything from my new prescription to what was being recommended by the doctor. The cost of everything with the insurance also being included and even that portion was explained in detail as I was using VA(Veterans Afairs). Amazing work staff and Dr. Lovan of Girisgen & kopolow-Pearle Vision Las Vegas!

This is the second appointment I've had with Pearle Vision on Maryland Parkway. The entire staff were very helpful and friendly. The Dr. that helped me, Dr. Tasha Wells, she was awesome. She is always pleasant and seems to genuinely care about meeting your needs.

I've been a Pearl Vision patient for years, and they've always been fantastic! Their hours, including weekends, are super convenient. My family came from Argentina to visit, they went 10 days to California and my 3 years old nephew got something in his eye. They saw a doctor in LA at a quick care but that doctor prescribed the incorrect drops. Back in Vegas I made an appointment for the following Sunday (2 days ahead) and when I got there , I realized I made the appointment for the following week, we were leaving for Hawaii the next day but the nice lady at the front desk made the appointment for the same day, just 30 minutes wait. We then saw Doctor Bertemati, not only she spoke Spanish to my nephew and his mom but prescribed the correct medication for his eye drops. We went to Hawaii the next day and his eye got better each day. Thank you so much to this office for taking care of us in such short time and really making our vacation much better.

The warm welcome of the staff was great! Jhonallen I believe I spelling it right ! She was so polite and very helpful with everything that I needed! She was very professional and had a positive attitude! Keep up the good work! Thanks again
