Personal Eyes

My wife and I have been patrons of Personal Eyes for over 15 years. Her store is very clean, well organized and attractively decorated with a large selection of high quality frames. My wife recently purchased new glasses here. Accurate corrective lenses, beautiful frames and a perfect fit on the first try-on. No frame bending or twisting. Nancy (the owner) is the best in Vegas.

Very disappointing experience. The store was open but locked from the inside, and we had to be let in. I went with my husband, as we always choose frames together. After giving my prescription and confirming that my insurance was accepted, the lady told me she would help. When I politely said that my husband would help me choose instead, she replied in an irritated tone that it was her job to help. Then she told us we needed to schedule an appointment just to look at frames. We left immediately. It was rude, unwelcoming, and completely unnecessary. I will not be returning or recommending this place.

The owner is extremely rude & dismissive. I was clearly judged based off my appearance. She followed me around like I was going to steal. Even made it a point to record me as if I couldn't tell she was doing so. Crazy. And when confronted, she wanted to play victim & then proceeded to tell me she doesnt need money from "people like you." Clearly you dont want your business to succeed.

I have been a satisfied customer since 1997. Nancy is very nice and a pleasure to do business with. Nancy takes the time that is necessary to make sure that your glasses fit comfortably. My first pair of glasses was in 1997. I now have glasses that are light weight and do not have screws that fall out. They are cute and stylish and last a long time. Eyeglasses are a sizable investment, so I shop at personal eyes because of the quality and the service. I have recommended Personal Eyes to my friends.

I loooooved Nancy. Set me up for success!!! If you want time spent on what looks best on your face, and gives a "pop", she's your gal!

I finally have glasses that are perfect! In addition to providing eyewear, the owner (Nancy) was very helpful with the selection of an eye care professional to obtain the correct refractive prescriptions prior to ordering my new glasses. (I had difficulty with two recent eyeglass prescriptions from an optometrist and an ophthalmologist.) I have a difficult prescription and Nancy insured that the combination of lenses and frame would meet my expectations.

Nancy addressed me by name the second time I walked into her store. I was very impressed that she remembered me. The customer service was exceptional. I received my glass before the promised time. She made everything so seamless. I will recommend Nancy to all my friends, family, and co workers.

We were out of town and in Las Vegas on vacation and my glasses broke and we googled who could fix them and Personal Eyes Opticians appeared. They fixed the glasses within a couple of hours and was extremely personable. I would highly recommend Personal Eyes Opticians.
