He's the kind of doctor who immediately makes you feel comfortable and confident in his expertise. He's thorough, compassionate, and genuinely wants the best for your vision and overall well-being. The entire team reflects that same standard of excellence -- from the friendly front desk staff to the techs who assist with exams. I love the doctor and his assistant. The front desk employees are also very nice. The appointments are very thorough, and I feel like they take great care of my eye! However I get my prescription to go because I've been getting my glasses somewhere else for the past ten years.

I visited Professional Eye Care Center for an eye exam and I couldn't be happier. Immediately upon walking in I was greeted by friendly staff and felt very welcomed. I had an appointment and they got me back immediately, which was nice. The eye exam was comprehensive and I really appreciate how everything was thoroughly explained to me. I met with Dr Larsen for my exam and he was the absolute best; highly professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable with asking any questions I had. I walked out with a prescription for glasses and was excited to see clearly again; in high definition. The friendly staff helped fit me for a nice pair of Oakley frames; I was very impressed with the wide selection and had so many choices to choose from. I've been a patient of Dr H Starlin's and a customer for eyeglasses from Professional Eye Care for 4 years now. This optometrist business is fantastic. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to you when you walk through the door. I get an exam every year then have 2 pair of glasses made each year. I appreciate Dr. Larsen and his staff so much. And the new optician, Shaynie (sp?), is terrific. They listen and they're all very helpful. I'm partially blind in one eye, and being over 70, I'm dealing with small (so far) cataracts and the beginning of glaucoma, so I am grateful for the personalized care and understanding. Yes, I also see a specialist, but again, my glasses are absolutely necessary to my well being and functioning in my everyday life. Kudos to Professional Eye Care!

Most of the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately there has been confusion about when, where, why, questions about my grandkids glasses. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal but it's a long drive. One person calls Friday and said they are ready, today (Monday) I had a feeling that I better call first and good thing I did because they said the glasses weren't ready/there. Annalise is going to call in the morning. Apparently Annalise is the go to person for information and she leaves early. It shouldn't be this confusing yet here I am confused lol. I'm not upset, apparently maybe misinformed or misunderstood the conversation. I really like this place and I'll be back, but I hope it helps because my intentions are constructive criticism from only my perspective. Thank you for being so kind to my grandkids.
